It was beautiful made my family’s experience amazing!

This home was extraordinary! When you open the front door, you are greeted with an amazing view through the back patio doors with the pool overlooking the jungle canopy and ocean below. It is even more beautiful than the photos. Huge windows open from the kitchen, along with sliding glass doors from the living room to the back patio and pool…. blending the indoors with the outdoors. We loved it. Being able to cook and wash dishes with a spectacular view of the ocean was a pleasure!! Take advantage of the personal chef that the owner recommends, Mario. He is amazing also! Can’t wait to return sometime during whale season.

Tatyana's villa is absolutely stunning. Breathtaking views with the infinity pool. The house is very beautiful and comfortable with absolutely everything you need for a vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for making food; everything is there. A well-deserved 5 stars, without any hesitation.

My 3 teenage daughters and I LOVED our stay. Beautiful home and the most amazing views. We want to move in! Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful, just like in the pictures. The house is fully equipped. The hostess's availability and attention were excellent. It is important to go with a 4x4 during the rainy season.

Amazing place

Absolutely spectacular stay. Gorgeous location not far off the coast road between Uvita and Ojochal and accessible without a 4x4. The views from the house and pool are just amazing! We spent most of our time at the house because it was so lovely, Tatyana was very responsive and accommodated our early check in and a forgotten teddy bear. Great recommendations for restaurants and a masseuse. Kitchen very well equipped. Would buy the place and never leave if we could!

A magical place! We spent a few days here enjoying the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings after 1.5 weeks of traveling. Toucans and other birds flying around, a lovely swimming pool. A minor technical issue was resolved that same (Sunday) evening! Communication was always prompt and smooth! There is simply nothing negative to report!

This place is an absolute dream. The views are amazing. The kitchen countertop glass that slides open, the twin master bedrooms with the showers that overlook the jungle and walk out separate walkout glass doors. FANTASTIC!

This home is a little slice of heaven with a view second to none! We floated in the gorgeous infinity pool and watched the sun go down every night. So beautiful and delightful. Tatyana is an amazing host who answered every question and her house manager was super helpful when we had a small glitch with a fan (turned out we used the wrong switch). We also appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels to make beach outings easy.

The house and surroundings were beautiful and perfect for our vacation! The host was always communicating and sent clear instructions for check-in and check-out! Would definitely come back and suggest it to others :)

We had a fantastic week in this dream house! The house is tastefully decorated, very neat and clean and really everything you could wish for is available. The kitchen is very complete, everything is at hand. We enjoyed the location in the middle of nature and the ocean views. Every day you are surrounded by many birds and butterflies. And that from your swimming pool, really great! Fans and air conditioning are provided. Glass front can be completely open so you create an open living room with kitchen, very nice. In advance, we received detailed instructions about the house with information about the area. There is plenty to do and see in the immediate vicinity: sports activities, walks, waterfalls, caves, beautiful wide beaches with high waves but also calmer water. The contact with Tatyana was very good. If there is anything or you have a question, you will receive a message back immediately. And if necessary, immediate action is taken. In short: a place to go back to again!

We had a great time for our 3 weeks stay. Sunsets were great from the pool. The shower is great with sunset view. It’s private and quiet. We loved it.

Tatyana’s house in the hills near Uvita was beautiful. We were overwhelmed when we first walked in and saw the view. The pool, patio and living room had the most relaxing view of the green hills and ocean. The reality of the spot was better than what was shown in the photos. The pool was sparkling clean and both main bedrooms were wonderful and comfortable. The laundry was easy to use and there were plenty of extra bath, beach and pool towels Mayca was also very easy to contact and she bought groceries for us before we arrived. I paid to have her clean every day and so it was a true vacation to have the cleaning fairy come in each day while we were out on activities. There were only one to two steep spots on the short gravel road. We had a small 4 wheel drive and we had no problem I highly recommend staying at Tatyana’s house.
