Hello, in general the apartment, location and communication were good. Improveable: the property listing indicated that dogs were allowed, in fact I filtered it for search, then they told me that this was not the case, however we were able to agree after booking more than 15 days in advance. A day before check-in, they let me know that it was not feasible to bring dogs! Finally and after a bad time, I was informed that if it was possible only indicating that I am a family member of the owner of the apartment🤨. The apartment was not 100% clean, the dust cleaning of the rooms must be improved, thankfully we brought extra sheets and I had to use them some of the guests had allergies. Then the air in one of the rooms didn't work! And I spend 2 nights a lot because of the heat. Contact the administrator and it was not resolved or offered any temporary solution. (for example, an inflatable mattress to move to the room with my wife), the air in the room had a leak and wet the floor, the rental included access to the salty pool and I could not enter, until the day of check-out... unfortunately my experience was not good for the express details.
