Everything is perfect, as seen in the photos. The nearby beaches are not very good, but about 20 minutes away, San Juanillo is spectacular 😮💨

It is a beautiful, very familiar house, my family and I really enjoyed the stay ☺️ The only thing is the difficult access for small cars, but you can still get there if you go slowly and carefully 🏞️ Communication was excellent!!

The house is quite spacious and Eduardo was very kind to us, however, the house lacks a lot of maintenance. The kitchen is neglected; the refrigerator does not cool well and the oven does not work. The common half bathroom downstairs and the bathroom in the master bedroom upstairs have a strong smell of sewer or urinal/public bathroom. Also, one of the bathrooms in one of the downstairs rooms doesn't have a working flush. The kitchen drainage systems (sink) and showers do not work well, they are clogged and therefore, water accumulates. All the doors make a noise when closing and opening and the wifi is of poor quality. It is not suitable for teleworking. The condo is very nice and the clubhouse is too. Please note that the nearest beach is 10 or 15 minutes away by car.

The photos of the exterior are outdated, there is much more vegetation and you can't see the sea so much, only slightly from the second floor. The house is beautiful, large and clean, very nice design, communication was excellent. Very comfortable for so many people.

A very nice house, ideal for large families, the condominium where it is located is very nice and safe, it is close to many beautiful beaches. The person in charge is very friendly, helpful and attentive to any concerns or queries, our experience was quite good in the accommodation, especially because pets are welcome 🐶🩷

We love staying at this place. The house is super comfortable to share with several families and still allows for moments of rest and intimacy. The location allows you to travel to the most beautiful beaches such as San Juanillo. The views are beautiful and the starry sky is fascinating

The house is very nice, located in a beautiful condominium. Only the street to get there is complicated with a low car but slowly it is possible to get well. Everything was great, only in our stay the pool lights were burned then at night the pool area was a little dark

First and foremost, the house is amazing. It is large enough for large parties to spread out. Every single room was clean and kitchen was well equipped. The pool was amazing! We also felt ver safe in the area. We loved the surrounding nature- we saw toads, frogs, caterpillars, birds and we heard the holler monkeys! Frijjolar beach, a TiKi bar and mini supermarket are about 8 minutes away (driving). All great places to visit. We came during the rainy season so we got to experience a few things: -17 kilometers (to the house) of horrible road- with giant potholes and flooding. -the open design in the upstairs bathrooms allowed for mosquitos and other bugs to come into the bathroom. As a result, We had a lot of mosquitos and other bugs. Other things: -bring toiletries- there is some type of soap in the bathroom but I wasn’t sure if it was shampoo or body wash. -bring a lot of bug spray if coming in the winter and spray often. Overall we loved it and hope to visit in summer

Excellent, the house is as it appears in the description, the condominium is nice, the entrance is nice if it is rustic but we loved it. I recommend it 100%
