Great stay! the setting was stunning, great pool with a fantastic view, really nice layout. We saw toucans and other birds from the property. Really close to Uvita. Tracy was a good host, very welcoming, responded quicky to all messages. Thanks for the stay!

What a beautiful place — can't imagine a better morning than strolling out to the patio, having a cup of coffee, and then hopping into the gorgeous pool and looking out at the trees and listening to the birds, which we did every day that we were here. An afternoon visit from several capuchin monkeys was another highlight! And it's a short drive to Playa Uvita and Playa Hermosa — we also liked the Beehive Restaurant just down the road. Tracy was the perfect host, both responsive and chill. Highly recommended!

Tracy and Geoff were very friendly and accommodating hosts. The property was stunning; beautiful views and lush jungle scenery! We especially loved the pool and the outdoor patio space. We felt very safe with the gated entrance and Geoff and Tracy were right next door if we needed anything. The house is in a great location for exploring Uvita and neighboring towns. It’s easy to access and just minutes from restaurants and beaches. We had a great stay!

We were blown away at how beautiful this home was. It was better in person than the pictures. Tracy and Geoff were great hosts. They live on the property but we rarely saw them and we felt in complete privacy the entire time. They are lovely hosts and keep the home in great shape. We will definitely visit their beautiful home again.

Wonderful, wonderful experience. We knew we would enjoy the location, the view, the pool, etc, but our stay exceeded expectations! Tracy and Geoff were communicative, welcoming, and helpful. So appreciate that they had a binder of information and local recommendations. We would return, if they would have us again, without hesitation.

Tracy and Geoff hosted us very well in their guest house. Although their house is right next door (which is safe), we had a lot of privacy and the outdoor space was reserved for us. We were able to enjoy the magnificent pool. The garden is wonderful, beautiful variety, well maintained. A huge guanascaste, the national tree, overlooks the courtyard. We were able to observe many birds from the terrace. We even saw an agouti walking around. Tracy and Geoff are very friendly hosts. Once again, thank you for everything. We only have one desire, to come back ;)

The magic of a magnificent tropical setting... exquisite pool with a spectacular view

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we felt very fortunate to have stayed in a beautiful guesthouse with lovely and engaging, generous hosts. The guest house itself is stunning with thoughtful touches that made it feel comfortable and safe. The hosts were always available if needed and also respectful of our privacy. Every morning we woke up to wonderful sounds of birds and in the evenings we were often graced with Toucans. The pool is perfect for morning and evening swims. The gated driveway added a sense of security and the amenities were perfect for us. There is plenty to do and explore in Uvita and the surrounding area. Overall a wonderful escape , and retreat: beautiful, safe and thoughtfully designed. Thank you so much Tracy and Geoff. 🌺

The place at Tracy and Geoff's is wonderfully located. You can relax, enjoy the pool and the view, and if you're lucky the monkeys come by to eat in the trees. The location to the sea and the attractions around Uvita is also good.

Geoff and Tracy were the most gracious, kind and friendly hosts you can ask for. They welcomed us like family and made us feel like home. The place was stunningly beautiful as described. The downstairs space was a suite with bedroom, ensuite bathroom and functional kitchen with efficient air condition. The dining and living space is what set this place apart from any other Airbnb, they were in the terrace with breathtaking view, overlooking the jungle, ocean, birds (toucans and parrots etc) and wild animals. Capuchin monkeys visited everyday(a group of 16 in one day). We used the infinity pool every day after a day of excursion, very refreshing and relaxed. The location was unbeatable! We stayed here for 4 days, can see ourselves stay for longer next time!

Tracy and Geoff were wonderful hosts… helpful and accommodating. Their place is so beautiful and peaceful… super clean and comfortable . Within quick driving distance to town and beach. We totally enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book their place again if we were in the area.
