Zeyris is an exceptional host, very attentive and flexible. The house is exactly as described. My family and I had a great time. We felt right at home. Highly recommended for large families or groups of friends.

The house is just as shown in the photos—really nice, comfortable, each room with its own bathroom, a spacious kitchen, air conditioning, and a very nice pool. They provide you with bowls for the dogs and bags to pick up their waste. Things to keep in mind: although they allow pets, the house rules do not specify that pets are not allowed in the pool. On the day of our reservation, they told us this, and we could no longer find a hotel for our Golden Retriever, who loves water, so we had to make sure he didn't go in. They have security cameras in the common areas (the entire backyard), so there is no privacy at all, and we always felt like we were being watched. They don't have a water tank, and on the day we had to check out, there was no water from 8:00 a.m. We couldn't wash any of the dishes we used for breakfast, and we couldn't even take a shower before leaving. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 dogs, so we didn't have any water to give them either.

We would like to clarify a few points for future guests: Pets and the pool: Although we are pet-friendly, pets are not allowed in the pool for hygiene and maintenance reasons, as hair and debris can affect the filters and water quality. Security cameras: This information is clearly stated on Airbnb from the start. All are exterior (front and back), in common areas, without compromising privacy. It is used solely for safety reasons, including due to the occasional presence of animals in the area. At no time was invasive monitoring performed. Water: It was an external, unforeseen, and unusual situation. They were offered late check-out, but they decided to leave earlier.

Very attentive and pending our arrival. The house was very tidy, and everything worked perfectly. If you come with dogs, it's great! Be careful, as the road is not in the best condition; a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

To get into the place, you have to go through too much sand, and the car gets too dirty. At the place, it even looks like there's an excessive sand in the air. It's a terrible place to stay; you can hardly do anything. Not recommended. Even just touching the plants gets you too dirty with sand.

We feel it is important to clarify to future guests that this review is the result of multiple breaches of the rules during their stay, including bringing in more people than allowed, unauthorized use (such as charging electric vehicles), and the need for a deep clean due to a toilet being left in an unsuitable condition (vomiting), as well as the presence of strong odors inside the property (marijuana). Our house is located in an area surrounded by vegetation and mountains, so the presence of dust is completely natural and part of the environment, not a defect of the property, and the beach is 8 minutes away. It's strange that sand gets in. Additionally, after more than two years of operation, this is the first time we have received a one-star rating, which shows that this is an isolated incident. We invite you to review our previous reviews, which reflect the quality of our service.

The house is just as described and seen in the photos. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We brought our pets and they enjoyed it very much. Zeyris helped us with everything and was always attentive to us.
