Found this place on Airbnb. Location is great just outside of downtown. Great location proximity for all the attractions. I stayed with 4 kids in a 3 bedroom unit with a private pool. Plenty of space and everything that’s needed to feel comfortable is there. I would definitely stay there again

My friends and I feel so lucky to have found BAUMA for our stay in La Fortuna. It didn’t disappoint. We loved having our own rooms with a common space to interact. The pool was a wonderful bonus. The landscaping was lush and luxurious. And we loved our view of Arenal. The interior was well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. We loved all of the poolside lounge furniture. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the AC in the bedrooms. BAUMA is half a kilometer from a small grocery store and several restaurants. The prime location near hot springs, the waterfall, the town, and key sites could not have been better. Communication with the host was excellent, and the staff onsite was helpful and friendly. BAUMA is offered at a great price point, less expensive than nearby resorts while offering luxury accommodations.

Wow, what a treat it was to stay in this beautiful villa! We were a group of 4 adults, 1 teen & 1 baby, and the home gave us all enough room to stretch out and relax. The beds were so comfortable, the whole place decorated impeccably, and the pool & backyard were awesome to chill out and unwind. We loved that we were able to walk across the street for a chocolate & coffee tour, and it was a quick drive to hot springs resorts, zip lining & plenty of restaurants. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive to all of our questions, and were quick to help with a maintenance request. We’d recommend BAUMA to anyone and we’d love to come back here for a future visit!

We had a wonderful stay here with 4 kids. The house is beautiful and everything was spotless and perfectly kept when we arrived. Secluded and pool has a beautiful view of volcano. Highly recommend

Bauma Villa was everything I wanted it to be. For our last night we booked the evening at Ecotermales Hot Springs and after a week of driving across Costa Rica I knew we would want a great night sleep. The 500 thread count sheets convinced me and I’m happy to report the beds/sleeping were everything I hoped they would be and more. The pool was a little small and I would have liked to be able to see past the retaining wall but it was raining so no big deal. We loved to hear the Toads croaking in the drain in the evening. The AC works great! Place is brand new and beautifully furnished. Exactly what we needed for 1 night.

Bauma was an incredible stay and such a modern and gorgeous design. We stayed in Villa 1 and it was a such a great experience. It felt like a true sanctuary, with oversized windows and we loved the indoor/outdoor living. The heart of the home overlooks the stunning pool and lush garden and the atmosphere felt true costa rica. The interior design and the architecture was something to admire. The home had everything we needed and had some unique and extra touches added. It was spacious, private, clean, and most important the beds were comfortable and having the beautiful pool was great to have after a long day away. Luis was an incredible host and if you are lucky enough to get Celeste as your personal concierge, you will be so happy! They helped with booking all of our tours and recommended the best places to eat. Everything was only minutes away by car and very close to all amenities Can’t wait to come back!

Our group of 6, including 2 kids, stayed comfortably at Bauma’s home. It was clean and felt very safe. The location was great near a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved having a pool in the backyard to swim after our daily excursions. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing home in a beautiful location. My family and kids felt right at home. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and sites. I’m so glad I chose this Airbnb over a hotel. The owner is also super nice and very responsive.
