Bosque Tapantí

The place is as described. It is very quiet and surrounded by lots of nature, with excellent views and many birds to see.

Everything was spectacular! Beautiful atmosphere, super well-equipped kitchen, and the outdoor area is amazing for sitting, relaxing, and spending time with your companion(s), disconnected from everything. We appreciated the card games that were there (I highly recommend the 7 Provinces game, which is super fun and educational about Costa Rica). We loved reading the guestbook and leaving a little part of our story there. I would come back a thousand times. Thank you very much for everything!🫰🏻

We needed a weekend break surrounded by nature, and this is definitely the place. The view is unbeatable. The living room with that large window is ideal for spending hours and hours. Ignacio and Fernanda were very nice and gave us all the instructions we needed to check in very easily. We'll be back!

A spectacular place surrounded by nature and lots of peace, equipped for all your needs. Without a doubt, a very cozy place to go and enjoy the wonders of Tapantí and all the nature that Costa Rica offers. The hosts were very attentive to everything one needed. We were very happy with our stay at Bosque Tapantí and we will definitely be back very soon ❤️

A spectacular place, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle, an oasis of peace. The mountains are simply breathtaking, and the birds that come are too.

Exceeded expectations. Bosque Tapanti is surrounded by mountains covered with pristine forest. The house is on a slope of a mountain looking out at an untouched valley. The house itself is beautiful and makes the most of its location. It has a small lounging room with floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the view. The projector setup in the bedroom was a nice feature that we enjoyed. Ignacio and Fernanda were excellent hosts and communicators. They offered very clear instructions about check-in, and useful recommendations for the area. They were very quick in their responses and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. If you are seeking peace and deep rejuvenation, this home is perfect.

The place is just amazing. You're perched on the mountain with a breathtaking panoramic view. The hummingbirds are right in front of the balcony where you have breakfast. It's like a dream. However, the journey is epic. The last few kilometers are on the track, with a very steep climb. A 4x4 is ideal for getting up there, but we managed with a 4x2 car. You just don't have to be afraid of this kind of road.

Plenty of privacy and peace on that mountain. We really enjoyed that cool night and that beautiful view at sunrise. Highly recommended if you want a break from the city.

Everything was perfect, a spectacular place

This was one of our favourite Airbnbs in the whole country! The view is simply spectacular, it is so peaceful and quiet and perfect to be in nature. The house is beautiful, clean, cozy, well-equipped and we especially liked the amazing “living room” and the idea of having a projector to view movies from bed. We also loved the tips that the hosts provided for activities and food in the area. We also appreciated all the small details like the cookies etc. Super recommended!
