Our stay was excellent. Ronnie and, especially, Daylan were very attentive and kind hosts, and they were always making sure that we had everything we needed. They responded quickly to any questions and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We definitely recommend staying with them. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for making our visit such a pleasant experience. We look forward to returning in the future!

When I managed to get to the place around 3 am, as I had agreed with the Host that I would check in at that time, after an hour of getting lost because I couldn't find the address and the Host never answered my messages at that time of the morning, lost in the middle of the night, the Co-Host finally answered me and I was already in front of the house, and the house was occupied at that time. They told me "I'm sorry," that there was a misunderstanding, that they made a mistake and thought I was arriving the next day. Wow, I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!!!!! The fact is that they gave me a 4:30 am check-out time. At that time, I went to look for a closer hotel, which was the Holiday Inn, where I had to pay $137 out of my own pocket for a few hours to be able to get some rest due to the host's "mistake." Terrible communication. They didn't care about everything I had to go through after a long trip from Las Vegas, Nevada, and the least they could have done was to pay for the hotel for their mistake, but that didn't happen.

We are truly sorry that this was your perception of the situation. We would like to clarify that the reservation was for a stay from June 5 to 11, with check-in starting at 4 pm. The check-in occurred 13 hours before the official start of the reservation, when the property was still occupied by another guest. The night prior to the reservation was not part of the reserved stay, and at no time was there a double reservation or a lack of availability during the contracted dates. Even so, we maintained constant communication during the early morning. We contacted Airbnb to request assistance and help clarify the situation. Subsequently, the guest agreed to continue with her booking, checked in at the appropriate time, and completed her stay at the property. We are committed to providing an excellent experience for our guests, and we believe our review history reflects that commitment.

Excellent location in Managua, very safe and quiet. The pool was clean and there was private access. 100% recommended. The host was always attentive. I would stay here again.

The facilities are the best. The host was exceptional and always helped us with everything. The pool is 100% recommended for the heat. The best facilities, each room with its own super private air conditioning, three bathrooms, spacious kitchen... The best place to stay!!!

Daylan and Ronnie were incredibly helpful to us. They responded quickly to our questions, and their recommendations for services were excellent as well. Without a doubt, their Airbnb is highly recommended. It is located in one of the best and safest areas in the city, with restaurants, shops, and pharmacies very close by. Thank you for everything!

The house BEAUTIFUL. It’s located right off of the main road, which made it easy to find. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants within walkable distance. The house is in a gated property that has a guard 24 hours a day which made us feel very safe and secure. We will absolutely stay there again on our next trip.

We recently stayed at Ronnie's place in Managua and we were very impressed with the house. It was exactly as described and the check-in/check-out instructions provided were very detailed. The location is close to many restaurants and supermarkets like La Colonia, La Union and Walmart. The condomiums have 24/7 security which helped us feel safe during our stay. Air conditioning in all rooms worked well and we had hot water throughout the house. The place is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Thank you Ronnie and Daylan for being excellent hosts.
