Beautiful house, would need a little maintenance on the outside but otherwise the stay will be good. The pool is lovely and the lady is very responsive to our needs. We found the price high but I think these are the prices in the area. I recommend it :)

Place was great for my family of four and our friend. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a third bathroom outside. They are also air conditioned. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool is great and the cleaners came twice while we were there (7 days). Only minor issue is the main area is not air conditioned and gets very hot. It’s nicer sitting outside.

Playa Carrillo is beautiful and only 8 minutes walk away. The house is comfortable and the pool much appreciated. Lesdy responds very quickly to any requests. It is very proactive.

The pool was awesome! Saw squirrel monkeys one morning while having morning coffee on the balcony. Short drive to the beach. Nearby walkable restaurants were good.

Had a wonderful stay at Maria's property! It was easy to find, less then 1km from the beach and from the town, although its a bit of a climb to get back from the beach. Someone was there to meet us when we arrived and gave us a tour. Very nice place with plenty of space. Nice view of the jungle, plenty of birds and iguanas. We also really enjoyed the pool!

We loved staying at La Perla! It‘s just as beautiful as advertised, very nicely furnished and decorated. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and outdoor areas are spacious. Both bedrooms have AC and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved cooling off in the pool after coming home from a trip. The location is good, quiet and peaceful with two supermarkets close-by. The beach of Puerto Carrillo is amazing, don‘t miss! Lesdy helped us with everything and was very quick in answering all our questions.

We loved La Perla! We felt at home and will look forward to returning in the future!

Maria’s house is beautiful. Great pool and walkable to beach and several great restaurants. The quiet beauty of Playa Carrillo and in a 10 minute drive you can be in Samara for a more energetic vibe. Maria has local and wonderful people who take care of the property. Lesdy who lives local was proactive arranging for mid stay cleaning as we were there 12 days. Costa Rican owned and operated, they accommodated us on short notice after our other accommodations didn’t work. Great kitchen that opens up to the patio for entertaining. Wifi perfect for us to also work a few days. Highly recommend! Staying at a locally run and owned place is the only way to go as Costa Rican people are wonderful hosts who are warm and kind. Gracias por todo! 🙏🏽 Pura Vida!
