This was our second time staying here - we loved it both times and definitely plan to come back again! The house, the view, the location, and the amenities are simply unmatched. They house is extremely clean and has everything you need; the pool is beautiful with an amazing view; and the location is perfect: the house itself sits privately on a mountain so you have plenty of privacy while also located in a busy town with tons of restaurants, beaches, waterfalls, and other fun things to do such as surfing, fishing, hiking, waterfall repelling, horseback riding, snorkeling/ scuba diving etc. Also, you can flush your toilet paper, there is plenty of hot water, and no bugs are able to get into the house ! I think this is one of my very favorite places on earth- I highly recommend staying here to anyone considering it! The host is also extremely responsive, helpful, and able to provide great local recommendations.

Beautiful house located on the hill facing Marino Ballena Park. Access by 4x4 is quite easy, far enough from the road to enjoy beautiful tranquility and to see howler and capuchin monkeys. Very responsive and accommodating host, who accommodated us with an early check-in. A slight air-conditioning issue that was fixed very quickly. The pool was great and the accommodation was well-equipped. We definitely recommend this listing for a stay in Uvita. Pura Vida!

This is an amazing home in a private location with beautiful views. While the kids were sleeping, my wife and I would start our mornings drinking coffee by the pool watching the birds (and toucans) fly by. The home is in great condition and very clean. The drive to the house definitely requires a 4x4. We were very happy with the home and had no issues at all. Thank you for all the memories.

We have had three different and amazing stays in Uvita- family of four with two teen kids. Criteria is always a pool, pacific view, and rooms for both kids. To be honest all the stays have been wonderful but…Williams place was a special treat even in great company. Gregori helped with check in, and showed us in the gate and home. Very responsive for anything we asked. The home is gorgeous. Our best infinity pool yet and a super shady porch beside it. Spotless in every corner and a shower for every bedroom. The high ceilings are killer!!! Master bath is glorious. Zero bugs inside. A stray grasshopper outside. How do they do it? Amazing. The kitchen and storage area were so well stocked for the little cooking we do. Get 4x4 for entry as usual for any house with a view. Would stay here any time I could! Also: Morete for UTV tour, Rancho El Merced for horses and Costa Rica Dive and Surf for Cano Island Scuba.

Beautiful home and great location. Private, yet only a short drive to restaurants, coffee and beaches. So much to do in the area and this home is central to it all. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the patio. Kitchen has it all to cook at home. Gregori was extremely and very quick to respond. We loved waking up to the macaws, monkeys and so much wildlife. We plan to be back to visit again as we absolutely loved our stay.

This place was amazing! Great views from the pool, very private, clean, excellent stocked kitchen. Key pad on the door for easy check in and the host was very responsive to help with anything we needed. We had 6 guests and everyone had their own private bathroom.

Our family stayed here for two weeks in Feb - 3 adults and 2 children - it was a home away from home - absolutely beautiful and had everything you would need to be comfortable there during your stay. The wildlife around the property was a hit with everyone - we saw monkeys, toucans, Scarlett macaws and multiple other birds around the property. We enjoyed the pool a lot and the shaded outside space to get out of the sun. The views from the master bedroom and bathroom were fantastic - the sunsets were beautiful to watch from the balcony. The host was great with recommendations around the area for things to do or places to see. We loved this place so much we already are planning a trip back. It felt safe and secure and was everything we were hoping for in a vacation and more.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. The 3 bedrooms are separated enough for guest privacy. The whole house including the pool were pristine. Our favorite things to do here were sit out on the decks and watch the birds and monkeys and also hang out in the pool with ocean views. Wildlife was abundant, in fact we saw more from our house than from tours we paid for. We were lucky enough to hire Chef Shelby for 2 nights during our stay. The quality of food and presentation matched any upscale restaurant, and his goat cheese stuffed prawns were amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This house is perfect! It was clean and beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The house was better than the pictures. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal. There are many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, beaches and waterfalls/ natural pools within 5 -10 minutes away. Gregori was our host. He was very friendly and helpful. Probably one of the best hosts we have encountered. I would come back and definitely recommend booking this villa.

We had such a wonderful stay at William's home is Osa. The views each morning were incredible and we got to wake up to the sights of howler monkeys, toucans and much more. The rooms were comfortable and spacious for our group if 6. We would return to this magical location.

Such a pleasure staying here in this beautiful home. The owner and Gregori were so helpful. Such outstanding hospitality and service provided from them. Everything is so close by and so easy to commute, fun area and so much to do and the villa itself is just out of this world. Thank you for everything will definitely come back

Pristine, modern and private abode with stunning views of valley and ocean. A great location for birdwatching. The house was well appointed and quiet. The host was exceedingly responsive and attentive. Definitely recommend a 4x4 vehicle, especially during rainy season. Uvita has a vibrant mix of delicious restaurants and quaint coffee shops/cafes. Then to top it off, the beach is a few minutes away. 10/10 hands down!

Wow! What a beautiful place. I didn't think the house could actually match the amazing photos, but it did and more. My favorite parts of the place: 1. The views. The views at this place are dramatic and stunning. I never wanted to leave the patio. My family spent a ton of time in the pool at nights listening to the beautiful bell birds. 2. Location is great as its right off the main street in Uvita. It makes it really easy to get around or head out to any excursions. 3. Fantastic amenities. The place felt and lived like an upscale retreat. 4. Gregori was an awesome support in getting checked in and providing some great recommendations. Overall, highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. It's absolutely stunning and hope to return.

Absolutely loved our stay in Costa Rica. William was an excellent host. Very warm, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. It was also in perfect location just minute from the beach and all the best restaurant in the area. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Strongly recommend if you are visiting the Uvita area. You wont be disappointed.

If you are thinking about staying here DO it! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in Utiva and at Williams house. The area has so much to offer and the house was everything we could have wanted and more. We will definitely be back!
