The apartment in general is very nice. The bedrooms are just as shown in the listing. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. What I liked the most was the hosts' treatment. María was super responsive for check-in and check-out, very warm and helpful.

My stay with Maria and Lorena was amazing, communication with them was very efficient, they helped me at all times. The apartment is very spacious, as shown in the photos. A plus is that each room has its own full bathroom. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank you very much!

It is a very nice and quiet subdivision, we visit it every year in other apartments that also rent… The problem is with the cleaners I guess is a group that offers their services in the complex, they are loose and lie to the host saying that we leave trash and dirt, I guess that's because they don't get the money they arrive asking as an extra tip without starting to work, in the end... I have experience for the next one to take a video at the time of handing over the apartment... Sorry, but outside of that, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy yourself. We are a family that has many good references to support us on this platform and we will continue to return with those who know us in the complex.

Hola Rafael que pena que tus experiencias pasadas en las villas solar hayan sido así con la gente de limpieza. La persona que nos apoya en la limpieza no es de ningún grupo ni tienen nada que ver con el condominio, ella es nuestros ojos dentro de la propiedad quien se encarga de mantenerla en perfecto estado para los anfitriones. Ella al llegar lo primero que hizo fue enviar fotos y videos, ella nunca pide propina ya que ella tiene su sueldo por el trabajo que hace, si alguien quiere dejar propina es por gusto propio pero ella jamas la solicita, en este caso ni siquiera tuvieron oportunidad de verla ya que no desearon el servicio de limpieza. The apartment is super good and has everything needed for a family vacation. The beach club is very close and didn't really affect us that the apartment didn't give to the sea. Maria is super friendly and was quick to respond if we needed anything. Super easy check-in and checkout. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much Maria!

Very safe and welcoming home! It's so much nicer in person. It was everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The beach club is very nice and the care of the guards is very friendly. Super recommended!

We went to the end of Oct early Nov 2019, the apartment was super spacious, although clear as the dishes, glasses and so on with a little dust that we washed, well cared for, everything as seen in the photos, it was very good even the return of the 5000 MXN that they ask as a deposit outside of Airbnb, the only thing that we had a wave bag was that there was a camera inside the apartment, we understand that it is for safety but I think there is pressure on those who wash it from any theme. Everything is very good, thank you very much for hosting us!
