Hello Ritesh, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the discrepancies and the misunderstanding you experienced during your stay. The photos were taken in April of 2024, at that time all the furniture and appliances were purchased new and delivered to the house. We were not at all being misleading, the showers are not stained rather the tiles became discolored. This occurs in our tropical environment The bathroom on the first floor which has the washing machine is a fully functioning bathroom. There are in fact 3 bathrooms in the house, the house has three bathrooms and always has had three bathrooms since the house was built. The remote controls were used prior to your check in and were operational. Batteries do die out without notice. We have changed all batteries. Sorry about this, we do have a 24 hour staff who could have changed the batteries for you and your family or the platform is available for any your concerns while at the house. The location of the house was designed to be off the road and nestled in the corner of the property adjacent to the green area for the Costa Rican feeling of nature and tranquility. The full time staff could have assisted you with your bags if that was a service you have required. The dumpster on the road is not part of our property and is not a permeant fixture of the street. There is a construction site at the that location where the construction workers load the daily garbage. That dumpster should be removed within the next few days after the major completion of this building. I have mentioned this to the contactor.
