We had a great stay at Casa Redonda, Bryan has been super helpful during our stay, while Mary has routed us to the appropriate cart rental (Avis), tour agency (Xsite). We booked 3 activities with Xsite (Tammy) and they were fantastic. We used the Chef Marfa for our Christmas Eve dinner and it was just superb and excellent value (highly recommended). Yes the house needs a refresh but all in all a great experience. Thank you! Alex

Hi Sam, thank you for the 4 and 5 stars you gave for the check in and cleanliness and the location of the property. The pool was working perfectly the 3 days you were renting, we just had an issue with the pool filter valve which malfunctioned and had to be replaced. We only needed to add more water in the pool, this did not affect the pool time for your group as you did use the pool every day from 11 am until the evenings. We did try to make your birthday celebration enjoyable and our housekeeper and caretaker worked on their day off to clean and do laundry for your group. Cynthia also purchased birthday decorations to make your celebration more festive.
Our family of 14 loved our stay at Casa Redonda! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. We all slept incredibly well thanks to the air conditioners in every room! We also enjoyed all the accommodations, including the incredible back yard, awesome pool, double-kitchens with all the necessities, great living area (perfect for family game night), and amazing staff!! Bryan (the caretaker), Cynthia (the house keeper), and Manolo (the driver) were all just a text away! We also received recommendations for a local tour company (Tammy from Xsite) and a personal chef and spa services (Marfa, Belizean Island Lady). Tammy setup 3 fantastic excursions for us (catamaran/snorkeling, Xunantunich ruins, and canoeing through Barton Creek caves). As for Marfa, she cooked 3 delicious meals for us (an amazing breakfast, a taco night, and a seafood dinner) and brought in a crew of 5 therapist for our own personal spa day (massages, facials, body scrubs)! We had the experience of a lifetime!
