The place was fantastic. Ruth was really helpful along with her crew. They made our stay much more enjoyable. The beach was awesome, clean and very accessible. The layout gave us resort vibes. The private sleeping quarters allow all parties to relax or escape from each other. The main home where the living room and kitchen are located was large enough and had enough room for our 10 person group. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The 8 of us, ranging in ages from 9 to 76, had a delightful stay at this beautiful and unique site. The accommodations are lovely and comfortable. We loved the two huge refrigerators and the freezer in the kitchen. The pool got a lot of use and the bar/grill area, plus the pool washroom were handy. Before arrival, Ronald directed us to Henry who served as our driver to and from the airport and for excursions to the volcano, the lake for jet skiing, a tour of San Salvador, and the beach and shops in Tunco. He also took us for many trips to the grocery store. Henry was very helpful in arranging our tours and he was ready to drive us anywhere we wanted to go. The beach is right outside the gate and is a good area for surfing. It really came alive during Easter week but was never crowded. There are two restaurants, one at the hotel right next door and another several doors down. It was our first trip to El Salvador and we are already planning to return next spring break.

I almost don’t want to say anything about this place because it feels like a secret. It’s a beautiful, manicured escape that is right on the beach. Everyone connected to the property was helpful and friendly. We were planning our next visit before we even left.

We had a wonderful experience here at this impressive Villa in San Blas. Everything was private, elegant and very peaceful. The staff was totally professional and always there to assist with anything. The beach and pool were unforgettable highlights of this villa. Can't wait to visit again!

Back for our second stay and this house is officially our family’s happy place in Playa San Blas—so much so we already booked our third consecutive stay for next year. The home is comfortable, secure, and perfectly set up for real relaxation. Ruth, Kevin, and Carlos take amazing care of us—we genuinely consider them friends. And if you choose Ruth’s cooking: get the tortillas de papas. Absolute game changer. The pool is always the perfect temperature, and we loved the fresh updates to the pool bathroom (new mirror + tiling). The oceanfront deck is our HQ for cards, sunsets, and people-watching. It’s hot outside, but the bedrooms stay nice and cool with A/C. Pro tips: sunset beers at Cadejo. Henry (driver + tour guide legend) gets bonus points if you request Journey. Santa Ana/ruins are worth it, and Lake Coatepeque jet skis are surprisingly affordable—Captain Morgan is a great base, and Henry has the hookup for food. You will not regret this stay.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Mansion in San Blas. The location, right on the beach, was perfect. The pool was amazing. Our family (adults and kids) were very comfortable and loved our stay.

I recommend this place 💯% My family and I enjoyed it to the fullest, a perfect location, pleasant, private and above all a place with a lot of peace. There are restaurants less than a 1-minute walk away if you don't want to take your car out, you can go with your beach clothes and eat in front of the ocean. Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The only place where there is no air conditioning is in the living room because it has been damaged. But with the windows open, you'll have plenty of ventilation. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The pool area is very spacious and most importantly clean and has a very nice modern bathroom. There are towels for the pool. Ronald sent very clear instructions and super communication with the manager Mr. Carlos I'll definitely be coming back.

This house was beautiful! We hosted 4 families here and they each had their own private bungalow/suites! I loved how we could view the beach from the property. The pool was amazing. Resort style! The staff was exceptional! We had them cook a beakfast for us one day and we had them do our laundry for us. The food was amazing and our laundry was returned back very quickly! We definitely will be staying here again! We stayed a week and I could have stayed one more week!

My stay was amazing. The people who take care of the place are very friendly and attentive to any problems. The only thing I found inconvenient was that the bathroom in the living room was not enabled.

I have been staying in the La Libertad for the past 3 years and by far this was the best house I have stayed in. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was great. They were very accommodating. Kevin was great and very helpful and so was Ruth. I will definitely be returning to this place. My family loved it. We didn’t want to leave. It’s very clean and the views are beautiful. The beach front is nice no rocks which is great. Thank you for the great memories with my family.

The house itself was beautiful—immaculately clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. The location was also convenient, with everything we needed nearby. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of hospitality. I only encountered Ruth on the day of our arrival, and when I inquired about the cooking services, her response was rather dismissive. As we were prepared to pay for the service, I didn’t press the matter further. Interestingly, I interacted more with the cleaning lady, who was incredibly kind and helpful, though unfortunately, I did not get her name.

Our group was extremely happy and impressed with our stay! The house was even better than expected. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, a beautiful backyard with a pool, and the most stunning ocean view. We loved being able to walk straight out of the backyard and right onto the beach. Ruth, Carlos, and Kevin were absolutely amazing house staff. They were EXTREMELY accommodating, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience extra special. Every single person in our group left talking about how much they want to come back again with their families. We couldn’t recommend this home and the hosts enough! Will be staying here again for sure.

This place is a true gem. We had the best time. The location was perfect. The house was located on Playa San Blas beach that has sandy beaches. It was perfect for our kids to play in the beach break. Better surf breaks were just a short drive away. The house staff (Ruth, Kevin, and Carlos) were amazing. They took such good care of us. We were able to pay them an extra fee to cook an early dinner for us each day. The house and staff were such a great experience we didn’t want to leave.

Amazing Stay! Perfect Location & Great Host! I recently stayed at Ronald’s Airbnb in San Blas, La Libertad, and had an incredible experience! The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from the famous Zunzal and El Tunco beach, making it perfect for surfers and beach lovers. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a great atmosphere for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The air conditioning worked well, and the beachfront balcony was great to watch amazing sunsets!!! Ricardo, Ruth and all the cleaning crew were amazing! Ronald was an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to provide tips on where to eat and what to do in the area. I really appreciated his hospitality and attention to detail. Family trip. We loved our stay and did not want to leave. Ruth Carlos and Ernesto were excellent and made us feel at home. They cooked, did our laundry and took good care of us. We can’t wait to come back. The house had a great layout with separation for us all and was extremely safe. Loved the pool, parillada and sunset views.

Mansion San Blass allowed my family the opportunity to have memorable times. Host and Staff makes you want to come back and plan for future vacations. I will absolutely continue to recommend others to come and just let yourself be pampered. Such of well kept property and warm host and staff!

What a find! This property is a total stunner. Would highly recommend! Our group of 8 had an abundance of space to spread out in the common areas for recreating. The pool was crisp, and the ocean close. There is a stunning perched deck to catch sunsets. El Tunco’s charm is also just a 7 minute taxi ride away. What blew us away the most was the helpfulness and friendliness of the house staff. Ruth, Kevin, and Carlos were seamless in facilitating to all of our needs. Excursions, surfing lessons, taxi’s groceries, you name it. When we departed, we missed them as friends foremost. Plus, they have the absolute sweetest “mascotas” that may make an appearance during your stay. My family has travelled throughout Central America on similar trips and all decided that this one was our favorite. We will absolutely return!

We had such a great time! The grounds were very well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is one of the best beaches I have been to so far. No rocks and you can see both the sunrise ( if you walk to the left of the beach about 100 yards) and the sunset from the back of the house. We will definitely be back.

Ruth and Carlos are amazing! Anything you need they can make it happen without a question. Ruth cooked delicious breakfast daily and got our laundry done at the end of our stay - 10/10 service! Def would want to come back

Our group of 10 had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was even better than the pictures, spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our group. The beach was right in the backyard, and the upper deck became our favorite spot for breathtaking sunsets. Its location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Special thanks to Ronald for his excellent recommendations, which added so much to our trip. The drivers from Eddy’s Tours ensured we were safe and comfortable on every adventure. The housekeepers Ruth, Carlos, Kevin, and Milagros who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and memorable. From breakfasts in the morning, fresh coconuts by the pool, and a final seafood dinner that we all enjoyed together. We also loved the company of the two friendly dogs, Princesa and Clara, whose sweet presence added to the warmth and charm of the property. If you’re considering this Airbnb, don’t hesitate, it’s a true gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat!

Nice home on a nice beach. Excellent for a sunrise and a sunset. Layout of the house was great. AC in all rooms, including the living room which was a plus. What makes staying at Ronaldo’s place well worth it, are the caretakers. They made sure to make us feel welcomed.

We love the house! It is fully furnished and super spacious. Cleaning was the best! All tidy bathrooms and clean rooms in their entirety. The people they take care of are super friendly and helpful, their dogs are lovely too. We will definitely be staying again on this airbnb. Perfect!

The house is amazing! Definitely a MANSION!!!! We were just 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms spotless is like having your own private suite AMAZING!!! We are looking into coming back and staying a little longer.

My family and friends spent 4 fun, wonderful, restful days at San Blas Mansion. It was a very nice place to call home for our vacation. The place is centrally located to tourist attractions, restaurants and other beaches. Carlos, Kevin, Ruth and the rest of the staff were always attentive, friendly and keep the place spotless. We lost electricity on a Sunday afternoon due to an electrical cable issue but the electrician was called, fixed the problem and we were back in the AC. Highly recommended.

The house is a beauty looks like a magazine😍😍this huge house has 3 houses in one, the pool is very large and clean, there were a lot of places where you can dine as a family and where you can sit or lie down for sunbathing, the house is very close to Surf City and the Tunco is about 10-15 minutes away from both, and it has direct access to the beach🏝️💛, the only drawback will be that there is no air conditioning in the room of the main house and it is quite hot🥵 there are fans but they are very loud and if you want to talk you don't listen🙁 but apart from that everything is excellent, the girls in charge are a love, Ruth was very professional, efficient, and friendly in her work, 100% recommended😀

My family and I stayed 2 nights in July 2024. The home is amazing. Get your cameras ready, from the moment you walk in, this place is breathtaking! You'll find great parking, the bedrooms are spacious, comfortable with AC and its own bathroom. The main room(living room/dining room) is great for gathering, dining or just relax! The kitchen has everything you need(except food) The backyard has an amazing pool with lots of room for kids to run around. And the best part is the access to the beach(only steps away from the pool). there's also a deck with ocean view where you can relax, drink coffee in the early morning or a glass of wine to watch the beautiful sunset! The staff were very helpful! We'll definitely come back!

This home is amazing! It's right on the beach but it's very private. It has a nice terrace where you can hangout and overlook the beach. The pool was great! I like the neighborhood it's more quiet than El Tunco but yet a short drive. Looking forward to coming back! Thanks

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Everyone was attentive to our needs. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There was sufficient space, including dining areas, bedrooms and restrooms for our large group. Having three of the bedrooms outside of the main house allowed for different resting/sleeping schedules (night owls vs. early risers). We enjoyed having a private pool, the viewing deck and having the beach right in our backyard. Carlos and Kevin (onsite staff) went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. From providing local restaurant recommendations to flagging down the carts bringing fresh bread and fruits every morning. There were a few small, well behaved, house dogs (Princessa, Clara & Cruela) that the kids absolutely adored. The location felt very safe and secure. We would absolutely stay here for any future travels and would recommend it to others. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

My family stayed here for our family vacation in El Salvador. It’s about 45 min from the airport, 15 min from Surf City, 45 min from San Salvador and had great amenities. The pictures were accurate but didn’t do the place justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The pool was warm, the beach was steps away and the rooms were clean! The staff on location was so helpful and friendly. They cooked for us one night (additional cost) and it was some of the best food we had. Ronald and Marcella were very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend booking.

This is a palace! We loved staying here with our big group, it was perfect. Looks better than the pictures. You can walk onto the beach from the property. The staff is what made the experience what it was. Carlos, Ruth and Kevin were on top of everything. They offered recommendations for excursions, pupusas and much more. My stay was exceptional and there was much spots to hangout around the house. The pool water was warm wich made it usable late at night. The Host was very helpful and even got a few things for us and food to order. I don't know what the restaurant name was but the seafood was delicious that I was wanting more.

I booked this place for my week long trip to El Salvador. This place was amazing we didn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. We had the pool and access to the beach. The kitchen was hot to cook in but worth having to make a quick bite in the morning or to make coffee. All the rooms had AC expect for the living room that had fans so between 1p-4p we would each be in our rooms resting in the AC. Almost everyone favorite part was the little balcony to see out into the ocean and/or the hammocks. We did have a few incidents but Ronald and Marcella were quick to help find a solution. Overall the place was great we would all stay here again. The only thing I would change/add to the property is a remote or key pad w a code to get in the main gate. We kept waiting for someone from the staff to be available and sometimes in the evening like 11p I had to call my nephew to open it. It was the biggest inconvenience since I understand the staff also had things to do. Overall 5 ⭐️ stars!

Stayed here with my family of 5 for three nights. We felt right at home and very comfortable. Carlos, Nicole, Kevin, and Ruth were all amazing. Ruth cooked most meals for us and they were delicious. The house is in great condition and the grounds are very well taken care of. Carlos even took us to the grocery store to purchase some items. 10/10 recommend this place. Can’t wait to come back!

beautiful house me and my family had a great time at Ronalds house. all the spaces were clean and well maintained. carlos who lives on site was great. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to visit El Salvador as this place is conveniently located. the only 1 criticism I have is that the main part of the house where you gather to sit and eat or hang out has no A/C it does have fans and the windows and doors are always open so it's not so bad but those fans when on are very loud. Apart from that everything was excellent the A/C in all the bedrooms worked great.

Ruth, Carlos, and Kevin are the house caretakers and they’re on the premise during your stay. They’re very accommodating and friendly! They also have three cute dogs!!! Princess, Minka, and Molly (chihuahua, and Australian shepards) they’re also guardians of the house but they’re so cute and friendly once they get comfortable 🥰 the house is a little worn down compared to the pictures but nothing crazy. The rooms are huge and can fit a lot of people. The space is to die for it’s like your own little oasis. They also offer breakfast and lunch for an extra cost, we didn’t get any but it looked tasty. Some of the showers do flood easily so be careful with that, it was not a big deal though. The rooms also have AC which is a plus, the pool is also big and refreshing. Can’t wait to come again!!
