Loved Carly’s place! We stay on the road that this house is located because it’s very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, etc. Comfortable accommodations for a family of four with a nice outdoor patio to enjoy the sunny or rainy days.

This place was perfect for a stay with my husband and baby. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The outdoor space is beautiful - even though the neighbors are close by, we barely ever heard anyone, and I felt like we had full privacy. Loved jumping in the plunge pool every day and taking outdoor showers under a beautiful tree. There was plenty of counter space in the kitchen and in the bathroom, and hooks and shelves everywhere so we could make ourselves at home. There were also plenty of pool towels, bath towels and comfy pillows. Carly and Priscila provided great recommendations and were extremely responsive. They even set us up to have the cleaning lady do our laundry for us which was a huge help. We also had an issue with mosquitos but Carly and Priscila arranged to have their landscaper spray the next day The location is perfect for a peaceful and enjoyable stay that is still walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach. Highly recommend

Carly's place is cool, spacious and comfortable. Priscila was incredibly welcoming and helpful and took so much time to help us get situated and comfortable. She helped me figure out a much better option for getting back so San Jose. The place is super close to the main drag in Santa Teresa and a short walk to the beach.

Very comfortable and very well-equipped house. It has everything to cook, rest and have a good time

Everything was impeccable. The house has 2 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine with two beds. The kitchen is super-equipped with top-of-the-line dishes and equipment. It has only one bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and another outside, next to the pool (without shower). Priscilla is always on hand to help and answer questions. The pool is small, but ideal for cooling off after the beach. It has a covered deck surrounded by greenery. We really liked the location. 3 minutes from the beach (walking) and close to restaurants, without being in the heart of Santa Teresa.

The house is very comfortable! Super cool! The gallery is the heart of the house and the pool, always cool and clean, was ideal for coming back from the beach all hot! The air conditioning works great and cools down super fast. The staff's attention was spectacular, they helped us with our needs and were super quick with their responses!!! The location is perfect! Walking 2 and a half blocks from the beach is super practical!!!

We loved staying at Carly's place. The house had two bedrooms and a cool loft sleeping area. The backyard and the pool were nice additions. Having a designated parking spot was a big plus. It was a little tight for our SUV, but we were able to get in. It may be useful to have 4wd during rainy season as the road is steep. It's amazing how well they designed the backyard. Super stylish and cool, just bring some bug spray as there are mosquitoes. We highly recommend this STR.

Recommended, the place is the same as the photos, the access to the beach and other places is done until walking, the super quiet place where you can really rest. Everything is very clean. The host is super attentive.

Great short stay!

Our family loved this spot, great location close to restaurants and easy walk to the beach for surfing. Really enjoyed having a private pool and the outdoor hangout area was amazing! Comfortable beds, kitchen had all the essentials and very private. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again and highly recommend.
