Pros: Jamais and Emiliano were excellent hosts and local agent offering good recommendations . They swiftly responded to all messages when problems arose. The sun terrace was lovely and private. There were plenty of beach towels. Location is great, 1 block from 5th Ave and Marmitas beach. The kitchen is well equipped but washing up was a problem Cons: The condo has a persistent damp stale smell despite the good air con. The lighting of the stairs to the roof terrace was faulty caused by worn and frayed wiring which could not be fixed during our time there. The whole condo needs to be repainted especially the bathrooms and the sun terrace area. On a couple of occasions the water supply was switched off by the hotel (one with notice and one without notice) but Emiliano and Jamais dealt with this very well. The condo is able to comfortably accommodate 6 adults but the hot water supply is only capable of supplying enough for 2 showers at a time and unable to adequately fill the bathtub.

This was a great home in a great location. Parking was easy. It had a resort like feel, but also felt like home away from home.

Our family really enjoyed this wonderful place. The rooftop area is huge and private. We enjoyed the private pool as well. The condo was very spacious for the three of us. Everything we could need. Very close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. We walked everywhere. Playa Del Carmen is now one of our favorite places! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. We really loved the private roof top area. We used it everyday. We weren’t able to use the pool that much because it wasn’t heated at all & it gets windy up there. If it was later in the year when it’s hotter then it would be great. It’s a perfect location away from the crowds but close to everything. The main pool has a bar where you can get food & drinks. It’s right next to a really nice beach. We would book again.

This place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. The private pool on the roof was perfect and the very spacious. It had 4 very nice lounge chairs by the pool and a seating area with a large couch seating area and another area with hanging chairs. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, knives, bowls, cutting boards, coffee maker, toster, 5 gallon fresh water, etc. You would have no problem cooking meals for a large group. I had a rental car and free parking in a protected lot with gate was comforting. We loved the place. It's a great deal, you will not be disappointed.
