Sagiv's airbnb was spacious, clean, and accurately matched the photos/description. It's located in a newer area of tulum so renting a bike/scooter is recommended. The nearest convenience is roughly 30 minute walk. There was an issue with the running water; however, it was fixed within 30 minutes of notice. Overall, I'd recommend to other guests and would stay again.

The house it’s amazing , it’s actually even better in person . Beds are very very comfortable, beautiful bathroom , my shower with the bath tub very romantic I wish I can go back right now , I will definetely go back and Liset and Sagiv they go all the way out to help you in anyway is possible

This house was immaculately beautiful — a true real-life paradise. Every detail was thought of. The host left no stone unturned: plenty of fresh towels, soap, bottled water, drinks in the refrigerator, and even bug repellent! The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what you hope for when booking a getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made every accommodation I asked for without hesitation. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

We had a great time! The Villa is beautiful, lots of light and very spacious. A highlight was the comfort of mattress & pillows - heavenly! The host was extremely kind and helpful - they passed by at 10pm to check on a wifi issue. Also bought us a brand new kettle because we needed one. A few things to mention: the house is located in a new not very well developed area of Tulum. Construction noise was not a problem, but the surroundings are at the moment less pleasant. I am sure in some time this will be a great location. Also, we have stayed in multiple houses in Tulum, and we felt the price was too high, much above average compared to similar places in the area where for example daily cleaning is even inclduded. Still - great house and we loved our time there!

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful place! It was really spacious for the amount of people that were with us. We came to Tulum to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Lizete was very helpful with her services for getting birthday decorations, making sure we had drivers to get around and anything we needed around the house. Lizete was very responsive every time we needed anything. Thank you so much for everything.

I was staying there for a week and would like to start with the concierge and service. I never had this experience with Airbnb before, 24/7 of a great service. From the airport pick up, you want a car to wait for you when you come, bike scooters and whatever you desire they help you with everything. This is above 5 start rating and thank you all the team for the unforgettable experience!! The house exactly and more as the pictures. Clean, very big and spacious got all you need for your staying and whatever is missing the concierge immediately taking care of it. Very beautiful home and highly recommended. Great place and the host was extremely responsive when we had a few issues like the drain in the kitchen broke and she sent someone within an hour to fix it. You definitely need a car as it’s a 10 min drive to any food place. The only drawback is the mosquitoes and the extremely loud construction going on in that area.

Sagiv and his property were truly a gem in Tulum. When our plane landed our first Airbnb host canceled our reservation and we were scrambling to find a new place to stay. Sagiv answered the phone at 8pm Tulum time and was able to make last minute accommodations for our group of 8. With the help of the amazing property manager they were able to clean the property into the night and were very accommodating towards us by letting us go inside before the property was fully cleaned. We had a small issue with the water on the second day and the property manager was super responsive and sent out a technician to fix the problem immediately. The rooms and property themselves are beautiful and a close proximity to good food, beaches, and clubs. I cannot recommend this property enough, I am grateful we were able to stay here and have such an amazing experience.

As we arrived, we were met by our host that had organized some groceries and took time to explain everything about the house. The house is super modern and new. The mix of design and architecture is just beautiful. Everything was clean and working. The house is situated in halfway from the center and the beach. We had our privacy and the house was very luminous. Ps: there is a bit of construction around it, but not too noisy.

This airbnb was beyond beautiful!! If you are looking for an Airbnb that’s not far from really anything, from the centro to the hotel areas, boutiques, restaurants & even the nearest market store then this is for you! Besides it being absolutely beautiful, the hosts were super responsive & treated us well; absolutely made us feel welcomed and right at home. The only thing was finding the location, as the gps took us to another area away from the airbnb (not too far from the actual location) but after some search we were able to find the home with no problem. We also asked Liz for some recommendations of places near the area which she did a really good job at explaining how to get around & finding the airbnb was no issue after that. Overall, this is a beautiful home with a great distant to a lot of nice places (5-15min) to really anywhere, we had a car so we got around easily. Do expect dirt roads with big bumps but that’s really anywhere in tulum. Whatever you are waiting for, BOOK IT

The home is beautiful. It is about 5-10 from Tulum Town and the hotel zone. It is located in an area where there is alot of new construction going on however noise is not an issue. Wi-fi worked well during our stay. Upon check-in Liz greeted my party at the home. Liz and the concierge staff were amazing! They scheduled all of our transfers/pick-ups. Made all of our dinner reservations and booked a private chef for breakfast and dinner. Communication is great with quick response times. Each bedroom has its own bathroom if you are traveling with a large group. Individual A/C in each room (gets cold). Also washer/dryer on the property with supplies. Would recommend and stay again.

Concierge was great. Location is not that far from hotel area. Construction in the neighborhood but house is pretty much sound proof

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The place was very clean, beautifully built, and modern with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed for plenty of natural light. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional responsiveness of both the host and co-host - they were always just a message away, responding within minutes to any queries or requests. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a memorable and comfortable stay in Tulum. 5 stars!
