Beautiful room. Would have loved an ocean view but room was great and super comfy! Advertisement on point. Location perfect right by Marina and on Medano Beach steps away! Would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

We like the Corazon property but the hard pressure to do the “ membership “ Tour was a bit stressful and such a high pressure to buy the time share space that it didn’t set well with us.

There was a wedding the night we checked in. The hotel was understaffed to handle the influx (they acknowledged this). I checked my luggage earlier but when room Was ready they couldn’t find it I had to search for it myself. Found it. The thermostat in the room was broken - it was 60 degrees F. The engineer couldn’t fix it so the only way to increase the temperature was to turn the thermostat off completely. Which means the room became very hot while we were sleeping. Had to turn the thermostat back on which dropped temp to 59 degrees, despite the thermostat was set at 70. The phone in room didn’t work. No hot water in shower in the morning. The staff at the beach club were attentive and very helpful. We enjoyed our break on the beach.

An absolutely beautiful hotel and one of our favorite locations to stay while in Cabo! Our host was very responsive, and check-in was as easy as described. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

The room was at the Corazon hotel. We were thankful that it was a city view because the main pool was under construction with jack hammering all day, and those rooms would have been subjected to the noise. If you are a member at the Corazon, you also enjoy 30% off food and drinks at most of the hotels restaurants.

Everything is very nice and clean, the reception is very friendly and helpful, we could use all the hotel's facilities, including the gym, beach club, terrace, etc. without any problem
