This little oasis is tucked into the jungle, surrounded by fruit trees, down a short laneway and fenced off from surrounding properties. We felt very safe while staying here with our 4-year old and there was always someone to help with any questions that we had. It is best to rent a motorcycle or vehicle to go to restaurants and grocery stores but not needed if you are fine with a walk. The pool has a shallow end that is great for kids and the deep end is very deep.

Super nice place--- really beautiful, comfortable, super clean, very well set up. Excellent A/C. Can't say a single bad thing about it. Really nice pool to hang out in. And there is 24-hour security. Beach is very close by. Lovely, friendly neighborhood.

This place is awesome, totally worth it! Nice studio house, decent kitchen, easy check-in. Screens on windows if you don’t want to use the a/c. The grounds are well kept. The shared covered picnic area keeps you shaded and dry if it’s raining. The small pool is deep, you can’t touch bottom (rare to find these days). On-site security guard at night, even though the neighborhood is safe. Close to the beach. Rent a moped from Jack’s Honda (neighbor), or get a 4x4 at the airport. Either will make it easier to get around. I preferred this place vs. a hotel on the beach. Danny is like a concierge/ friend, deep dipping pool, a manicured garden with a jungle backdrop, etc. After 1 day at the beach hotel, I was ready to go back. It’s in a village with friendly locals, some selling fresh food. Very close to a new highway / road being built up to the driveway (probably finished if you’re reading this). Have Jack’s phone number and address when you arrive at the airport to fill out on the form.

Great stay in this beautiful house, very welcoming hosting and a very nice meeting with Danny the handyman on the property! I highly recommend it, it's great value for money :)

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was so responsive and thoughtful — communication was easy from start to finish. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We felt right at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I loved my stay at this little Casita. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions or needs I had. The Casita was clean and peaceful, and located close to some world class surf breaks. It was a great escape from the rest of the world, and I will be back to stay here again next time I am in the area. Even though there is no wifi, you can easily by a local SIM card and hotspot from your phone. Data in Nicaragua is inexpensive, and I was able to work remotely during my stay this way without any issues.

Awesome place. All the amenities you need to be comfortable. Responsive host and local caretaker that will assist with any questions or concerns. Close to an awesome beach break - playa santana. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Jason's casita is very comfortable. It is about 1.5 km from the beach, so it is walkable or a quick drive. The casita itself is very cute and can sleep 4 people comfortably. The neighborhood is a mix of foreigners and locals which I love. I would highly recommend staying here and will return!
