3BR Villa in Jaco

Kelly’s house was perfect for our family of 5. It’s a great location very close to some of the calmest water in Jaco. My young boys were able to swim, learn to surf, and boogie board daily with no issues. I chose her house strictly for the location to South Paco Beach and I was not disappointed. I didn’t want to travel with my young boys and tell them they couldn’t swim in the ocean. Not a problem at this casa!! In addition to the location, it’s a very secure neighborhood. It’s very safe and peaceful. The swimming pool is shared, but there was hardly anyone there and we enjoyed the pool daily. The house is well equipped with cooking utensils, and we felt right at home in the kitchen and also in the rest of the house. There is a nice rooftop patio with free Weights and gym equipment up there which was perfect for daily workouts. There’s also a bigger gym nearby that sells daily or weekly passes. I would definitely stay at Kelly’s house again if we come back to visit!

If ur coming to Jaco, stay here! Beautiful aesthetic of cool beach house that mixes comfort with style. The location is perfect for being on south Jaco beach, literally in ur backyard! It is exactly like pictures and the vibe is even more better in person! Liked going to excursions with the hosts connecting us to a tour guide Tatiana, that had the best recommendations. The hosts have been so great w communication the whole time and even allowed early check in with an affordable fee. Definitely want to come back here any time in Jaco!!

Great stay overall. The hosts were fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with, which made everything seamless. The house itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a family trip. It’s also just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. We also loved that it had a gym—being able to stay active during vacation was a big plus for us. We traveled as a family with our 14-year-old twins, and each brought a friend, and the house handled it perfectly—plenty of space and a great setup for both kids and adults. We stayed on the south end of Jacó, which we highly recommend. It’s much quieter and more relaxed compared to the north end, which tends to be louder, more of a party scene, and a bit seedy. Our family had an awesome holiday here and would definitely come back.

This place was perfect. Steps to the beach and yummy bakery , restaurant, and small grocery store nearby. Away from the crowds of town but close enough to uber quickly. The house was a beautiful oasis!!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this house. What's not to love? The location is ideal. In 5 minutes you can be from the front door to the beach (less than that to the pool). You're close enough to downtown but also in a quiet neighborhood. And the main highway is a block away which will take you to any adventure you have booked in no time. We enjoyed exploring the beaches to the south (Bejuca, Hermosa) and they were an easy drive away. We were never short of suggestions from the hosts for restaurants, activities, and local contacts to get things booked. They were super helpful and proactive! All the instructions were simple and easy to follow for check in and check out. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5. The kitchen is nicely appointed and we enjoyed cooking a few meals in it. You'll enjoy sitting on the third floor in the evenings and listening to the waves crash on the beach. Look no further and book this place!

Fantastic villa on the south end of Jaco! You can walk to plenty of spots for food and drinks (always nice when the return trip is short after a couple margaritas). The beach is a quick stroll—grab your surfboard or boogieboard and you’re in the water before your flip-flops even warm up. The villa itself: • Ground floor: kitchen ready for anything from a snack to a feast, plus an ample carport that doubles as a “surfboard hotel.” Beautiful living area a large flatscreen TV and downstairs restroom. Washer and dryer in laundry is very convenient. • Second floor: comfy bedrooms with AC and fans so you actually sleep instead of sweat. Three rooms and three full bathrooms, very nice. • Third floor: the showstopper—an open-air covered terrace with epic sunset views, chairs for lounging, and workout gear if you’re feeling guilty about all those tacos. Morning Cooffee tastes better when listening to the birds and crashing waves. We can’t wait to return next year
