This beautiful villa is exactly as advertised! The house, pool and grounds are just lovely. We were a multi-generational group and the house was perfect for us. Our hosts met us upon arrival, were always available to answer questions and were quick to respond to any of our needs. We took advantage of the offer to make complimentary reservations at Zama Beach Club, and our experience there was excellent! It is a beautiful spot! This villa deserves a 5 star rating!

We had an absolute blast on our bachelor trip, and this property served as the perfect home base for the celebration. While the pool was a bit too warm for our liking, there’s nothing you can do about the weather, and it didn't take away from an overall amazing stay. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group.

STAY: 5 nights - April GUESTS: 9 OVERALL: The house was as expected and pictured with a lot of space with our group. Entering the space was welcoming with the open feel from the front door to living room to kitchen. Staff and chefs were amazing and respond quickly! BED/BATH: The two bedrooms on the first floor with the view was great to wake up to every morning. Sipping your coffee on the Adirondak chairs at sunrise by the pool was a great way to start the day. Having a bathroom for each room is a highlight and so appreciated with a large group getting ready. Just a little dusting needed in high spaces in the bathroom. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking needs. Having chefs available was perfect! Food was tasty and the welcome drinks/snack were gone almost immediately. Having the water jugs were a plus but would suggest more ice cube trays. POOL: Perfect and our favorite spot! Picturesque walkways and lots of beds and seating areas allowed us to not feel on top of each other.

We had a great stay at Casa Vista Mar! It looked exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this house!

Five stars! The house was perfect—spacious, comfortable rooms and a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen. The location was lovely; we loved being right across from the path to Punta Sur for sunrise walks and out of the hustle and bustle of the north side, yet still close to fun local restaurants and beach clubs. We liked the Kinh Ha beach club the best :). We’d love to stay here again!

We loved this home! It is located on the beautiful south end of the island. The pictures are very accurate and give a very good representation of the house and overall feel of being there. The views from the pool to the ocean and beautiful and we enjoyed the spaciousness. The host was great, as were the people who helped at the house. The island is very friendly. We highly recommend!

We had a family reunion here. The large kitchen/living-room area was great for all to get together. The separate bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, were very appreciated in order to get away from the group and when children needed naps etc. The kids loved the swings and the hammocks. The pool was great. The hosts went above and beyond to help us in every way. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!!!

This house is beautiful and exactly as described! Had everything we needed during our stay. The indoor space was perfect for our group to hang out together, but spacious if we needed alone time. The outdoor space = chef’s kiss 💋 INCREDIBLE! Perfect!
