We had a small problem accessing the house because the digital lock battery had run out. The customer service staff was very friendly, as was María Andreina, in offering us an alternative. The place is ideal, very comfortable and beautiful. We felt very comfortable. There are several restaurants. The price is a bit high, especially because of the rainy season, which did not allow us to enjoy everything we expected. María Andreina was always attentive, very polite and friendly, and made things easy for us. I recommend it 100% for going with the family, as a couple, or with children.
They need to do maintenance on the air conditioning in the master bedroom. It makes a lot of noise.
The stay was very good, the house is just like the pictures, great location, the house is very complete, with all the necessary amenities! Super convenient to go with children. The host was super kind about check-in and checkout. We will definitely be back!
Great place near the city to spend a few days. Beautiful beach, good service, multiple restaurants, spa. Maria Andreina is a great host. We had a lot of fun ! I really recommend her place.

The apartment is very nice. On the ground floor, so you can use the BBQ or the small pool. In any case, you have access to the large pool that is in the courtyard of the house. Maria Andreina was always attentive and helped throughout the process. The complex's application is a bit tedious, but Maria Andreina always kept in touch. 100 points. We'll be back!

Great location, very comfortable place for multiple adults and kids. The place was spotless clean. We were provided all the necessities to arrive and enjoy. Towels, coffee, and a stocked kitchen for us to cook and enjoy poolside. A simple walk in any direction to the beach or restaurant. Very responsive in helpful at any hour. We will definitely be back.
