The air in the main room is very noisy and smells super bad. That room had to have doors and windows open and still had to be always in the living room, enter as little as possible, hehe, since the bathroom also smells bad A couple of very uncomfortable beds, a brother-in-law preferred to sleep in the armchair Super clean pool, although small for so many rooms. There were 5 of us, the pool in another room was for 3 and it was already full Very friendly staff Back view, what you see is literally a pipe with a lot of stagnant water Because of the bad smell of that room and bathroom and those two beds, I don't think I'll be back, but maybe it was just luck on my visit

We stayed two days in the house for 10 people. It's exactly as pictured and easy to access. The city center is 5 minutes away and it's super quiet, we recommend it!

The place is as shown in the pictures, spacious and ideal for large families, we were 6 adults and 6 kids and we settled in perfect. The hotel is centrally located and you can go out to eat and meet walking. It seems to me that there was a disco-like place nearby that started the music at 12:00 pm and ended around 3 am. (this was Friday and Saturday) the other days there was no music. In itself the whole place seemed very good, however I did not like the little control of the guests in the pool, there were people drinking alcohol with glass bottles inside the pool and the children could not enjoy. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel. There is standing water on one side of the pool and smelly.

The mattresses are not comfortable, they should change them for others more comfortable. Also there were mosquitoes, maybe by an acequia go through the rear of the house.

Simple amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. Located a little off the main road, which we found very good and only a few minutes to the beach and shops :-) we have already slept in better beds but in principle we had a nice stay

Great place to stay for a large group of people! It was a walkable distance from the beach. Not too far and not too close. Plus, the place itself was very clean.

The best location. Caminando you could go out for food and other services when we went on a long weekend and Puerto Viejo was full so walking leaving the vehicle safe was what we most favored

Nice place, good host, good location, if it matches the description, the only thing is that the water only fell to some hot and the others not, but in general it is a good option if you want to rest and very good service
