We loved the condo, amazing location and perfect space for our family; we were pleasantly surprised with the little details that made our stay feel very comfortable and welcoming; Simone communicated very clearly with us and gave us the instructions and recommendations we needed. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for my family vacation in Tamarindo! The location could not have been better. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Completely walkable and safe for our teenage kids to walk around by themselves. I loved being on the ground floor and there was so much privacy even when we were on the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed and the washer/dryer was such a great perk for us. The AC doesn’t work great in the master bedroom and it was a lot hotter than the rest of the house. This made it difficult to sleep but we made it work with the provided fans. We also had some ant issues inside the condo. Bugs are expected but these were large red ants. Simone and Anastasia replied right away to our concerns and promptly came out to inspect. They also brought us traps and spray for the ants which was really appreciated. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again. The Sunrise condos is 100% the perfect location! Thanks for everything!

Simone’s place was great! Great location and very clean. Her response times were pretty much instant, and all her suggestions were awesome! We went to many of the restaurants that were on the info sheet she left on the counter, and out of all of them you have to try the mussels at Tabú! 10/10 on everything

We loved our stay at Simone's condo. The condo is tucked away, yet very close to the pool. Being tucked away made it quiet and relaxing. The back patio area included a hammock where we enjoyed reading and relaxing, and a table where we played games. The condo was very comfortable and quite large. We had 5 ppl in our party, and there was plenty of room for all. We would definitely stay here again, and Simone was a fantastic host.

We had a great time at Tamarindo with Simone’s place across the street from the beach. The complex had a family friendly pool and the place was very comfortable and family friendly. If we come back to Tamarindo, we’ll stay here again!

Thank you, Simone. We really enjoyed the condo. The condo has a wonderful location is very large and spacious. We cooked quite a bit and really appreciated the grill and all of the pots and pans and utensils that were available. The condo was clean and easy to check into, we love the pool. It was top-notch and we spent quite a bit of time there. No complaints, this Condo meant art needs perfectly and proximity to the things we were going to was fantastic, would stay there again thank you

This unit was conveniently located by the beach, and many restaurants. Simone and the property manager Joe were very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely be returning during my next stay in Tamarindo.

Great Air bnb in an incredible location. Loved the safety of the gate guards and how easy it was to walk around Tamarindo. Very close to beach access also. The only thing we didn’t love was that the kitchenware was not clean and it was very loud at night from the partying outside. (Not from the condo but from the streets/beach we’re assuming). It was definitely a great value for the price.
