Felt very at home! Great for groups but it was only 2 of us, and it was magical. Hosts were very thoughtful & welcoming. Central to multiple beaches nearby but also very private & away from the hustle & bustle. Thank you :))

Our stay was beautiful: The house is very nice and cozy, large and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool and the surroundings. The house, despite being far from everything, had all the basics to cook. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, and that was very useful for us. Everything was very nice . To take into account the distance to the beach, it is quite far away, you cannot walk, although in the Airbnb app it appears close to the beach. But the views of the dry forest are too beautiful. Everyone was very happy.

We were two families staying at the place. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Pros: A tastefully built and decorated place conducive to family activities. Pool, BBQ, Games, Entertainment centre. Proximity to beautiful beaches especially great for children Cons: Showers had very low pressure sometimes a trickle even. The house is not where it shows on the airbnb map. There is a 10-15 min drive on a very uneven dirt road which necessitates driving through shallow streams. Arriving there was stressful though we figured it out with the help of Susana. Hot tub is not for guests’ use, but Susana told us we could use it which we didn’t since it wasn’t cleaned.

Very chill and well-equipped house in a great location—far enough from town where it’s quiet but close enough where a trip to town is easy and quick. We felt very safe as well and Susana is an incredible host.

A gem of a place! This is my second time renting this Airbnb, my family and I loved Sussana's place and in general we really like Playa Potrero and its surroundings. The place was impeccably clean, the house is very large, well-equipped and very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked perfectly (fast WiFi, hot water, appliances, etc.). The location was also ideal, close to restaurants, shops. We saw many animals such as gray foxes, monkeys, deer, and even an armadillo! Susana is very friendly and helpful, she recommended great places to go to eat, visit the different beaches and helped us get a boat for my family to enjoy the sunset. I hope to be back soon!

Susana was very attentive and gave us very helpful recommendations for the surroundings and transportation. We loved the small host gifts, a special touch. The house was as advertised. Gilberth is there every morning to clean the outside of the property. He was very kind and discreet. Despite everything, a few small points that prevent me from giving a perfect rating. The exterior could be nicer. The air conditioning and the oven seemed to have only one "high" intensity, so we had to turn the air conditioning on and off and it was difficult to cook. We had a rat in the bathroom. A whole night of hearing it gnaw on the door. Gilberth took care of it the next day. Lots of critters but you're in Costa Rica, away from the city, so be warned, it's normal. Overall, very nice place. I recommend it.

Susana is a wonderful host! She is so friendly and responsive. Her house is gorgeous and has all the amenities you would need. Such a peaceful location too. When we looked on the map of where the house was located it looks like it’s located right next to the beach. It’s actually located about 10-15 minutes down a long windy road. Not beach front property. This is the only thing that we weren’t expecting upon our arrival. Overall her place is gorgeous and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a spacious and peaceful property to relax at.

The house is beautiful, has everything you need and more, the place has a lot of privacy and many areas for recreation with family and friends. Susana was super attentive. Place to come back

Such a beautiful home! It was tucked in away from civilation. So if you want some time alone this is the place to stay in. The home is for a very large family. We are 4 and stayed in just one room. The host was always attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks again for the experience!!

The house was very beautiful, we really enjoyed it. We only ran out of power due to an external problem that there was in the neighborhood, but as the water is handled with a pump, we also ran out of water, all this was solved as in an hour or an hour and a half, and did not hang on the owner.
