Had an 8 day stay with 10 close friends in the Penthouses. Everything beat our expectations. Literally on the beach, on the main avenues with incredible restaurants and an OXXO just downstairs. The private pools gave us an intimate space to catch up and the infinity pool facing the Ocean was perfect and visited by really colourful local birds. Omar was fantastic and really responsive. He got us extra fresh towels for the room and cleaning service (thanks Gabriella!). Also shout out to Misael working the desk for always getting us parking and connecting us with local tours. Great, chill location - easy trips to Cenotes, Tulum, Excaret, Cancun, Isle de Mujeres and Cozumel. A lot of friendly locals and 0 drama.

We had such a magical time that we returned! Best location. Our favorite property for a big group. So comfortable, a delightful condo with rooftop pools. & Full kitchens make it easy to save money!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! Everything exceeded our expectations. The private pools were amazing, the community infinity pool was beautiful, and the location was perfect; just steps from the beach and within walking distance of the main street, restaurants, bars, and plenty of activities. The condos were clean, comfortable, and honestly looked even better in person than in the photos. Omar was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful, and provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. Overall, we had one of the best trips ever and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful rooms in a perfect location. The beach is quite literally a stones throw away and there are numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The main tourist area is a one minute walk away which is a plus. The staff on the door are very friendly and eager to help give advice and help book tours, which we enjoyed greatly.

The location is great!! Walking to Fifth Avenue and all the clubs. Full of restaurants around Adjacent to the beach And there's no shortage of parking outside. The rooms are comfortable, large and really beautiful. The stunning rooftop shared infinity pool! And the private pools are a nice addition. Omer was available for any questions even when we arrived late. Thanks, Omar, for a wonderful stay.

One of the air conditioning units broke and within a few hours a brand new one was installed whenever I reached out to Omar he responded timely and was always helpful and resolved the issue (which there weren'tany). For example due to the snow in the Northeast this past weekend, most flights were cancelled. We were delayed indefinitely and Omar held the room an extra night which I didn't end up needing gave me a very late check out even have to reach out to the owner of the unit to get permission. He did this without charging us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this stay

Our group of family and close friends had an absolutely amazing time at Omar’s place. It was the perfect location on 38 street. So many restaurants and shops. Everything we did was in walking distance. It was the perfect basecamp for fun adventures or lounging at the rooftop pool. The place was pristine, the entry into the building really nice and easy, and there was even plenty of drinking water and chocolates there waiting for us. Couldn’t recommend the place highly enough. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time the place was very comfortable. great location walking distance to kosher restaurants and 2 min from the beach. Omar was a great host very responsive and he was very helpful and understanding.

A great place to stay, close to everything, definitely if I go back to Playa del carmen I would stay here again.
