We enjoyed our stay at Casa Flamingo. Rooms were comfortable and we appreciated all the many outdoor spaces and pool. Although the pool is not heated, the temperature was very comfortable. Walking to the marina was easy. There are a lot of stairs from street level into the home, though, so this should be considered if there are any mobility concerns.

I highly recommend Casa Flamingo if you’re looking for a place in Cabo. I went there for my bachelorette weekend and the accommodations could not have been more perfect. Trey was able to provide a ton of recommendations for activities and services. We booked a few, such as grocery delivery and shuttles to/from the airport, and it was all seamless. The property manager, Juan, was so kind. He was there to welcome us to the house and made a quick exit as soon as we were settled. The house was clean and gorgeous. The bedrooms were separate from the common space, allowing for quiet sleeping spaces even during late nights or early mornings. The pool and hot tub provided us with everything we hoped for. Plus the neighborhood felt safe and was a short walk away. Seriously, the house is awesome!

Casa Flamingo was nothing short of amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and in a great location. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was easy getting in and out. Downtown and the marina was within walking distance. The views were beautiful and the pool was very nice. The highlight of the trip was Juan, the property manager. He made sure that every one of our needs were met and helped us book excursions and find the best things to do in Cabo. JUAN IS AWESOME.

Great stay with a few close friends for our wedding wind down. Location in Pedregal is close to one of the exits so very easy to walk downtown/the marina. House spacious and as advertised with great pool and amenities. Safe area with a responsive and accommodating host!

Incredible stay overall. From the minute I booked I was connected with house manager who could not have been more helpful. He met us at check in and check out and was available our whole stay if we had questions. House was perfect location (quick uber everywhere, hard to walk bc big hill). Overall the house was incredibly had everything we needed for our stay

This villa is fantastic!!! It’s so close to the marina and fully walkable. Pedregal is safe and quiet for the most part. The beds were so soft and we loved the pool area and living room.

This was an amazing stay! The pictures can’t capture how beautiful the view is. The property manager let us in and gave us a full tour and answered any questions we had and he let us know to reach out if we had any questions, requests, or issues. This house was beautiful and it’s a great location for being close to town but still feeling safe / having privacy. Calling Ubers / rideshare to the house is a bit of a pain but that is due to the gated community not the physical house rules. It’s not impossible but an extra step or two than you may be used to at home. There are a lot of stairs so not an ideal house for those with walking trouble. But I wouldn’t change a thing it was a great stay!

Treys’s property manager Juan Pablo made reservations for up prior to check in, pre stocked the fridge and gave us a detailed run down of the place at check in. If we needed additional items throughout the stay, he was happy to get it for us. Place was clean and had everything you needed. Casa Flamingo was top notch and we will be returning!

Amazing stay at Casa Flamingo! Right when we walked in, we smelled the cleanliness of the home. Felt extremely safe at all times and property manager was extremely responsive and available! Everything is walking distance and it was not hard at all to get an Uber to the house. 10/10 would recommend!
