Great apartment in a very safe area. It is actually in very big gated community with a mall at 2min walk + 7eleven and a pharmacy at 1min walk. I will certainly come back.

Don't forget that you're still working at Airbnb, it's still the hospitality area, and it's something that the hosts or managers of this place don't really keep in mind. They are strictly inflexible and unkind when asked questions. Upon arrival, they make you sign a waiver in case of "fines" that are all in dollars and they do not show you prices in Mexican pesos or the exchange rate of the day. Second, when you enter, it is very evident that there is no attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. The refrigerator had food stains, there was hair in the bathrooms and fungus stains in the showers, and as soon as we arrived our socks were black from how dirty the floor was. They need to be kinder and cleaner. But very nice

Está huésped se molestó porque al llegar el condómino les muestra el reglamento para que estén al tanto de los lineamientos a seguir. Airbnb es quien pone el tipo de cambio no nosotros , las tarifas que tenemos son en USD y a cada persona le sale en su moneda local . La propiedad está en perfectas condiciones de limpieza , contratamos a una empresa de limpieza certificada . Esta huésped pidió llegar antes de el horario de check in a lo que se le dijo que si, pero se le explicó que el departamento tenía check out ese mismo día por lo que estaría en proceso de limpieza si llegaba a las 12:00, por ese motivo el refri todavía no se había limpiado , lamentablemente a veces cuando uno quiere ayudar le sale contraproducente .
