We had an amazing stay at Julie's place in Belize. Highly recommend for a beautiful time in Ambergris Caye!

We booked Stillwaters for my mother in laws 80th birthday. We couldn’t have booked a better spot. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There were beautiful ocean views from most of the bedrooms. The property itself was gorgeous and the pool was perfect to cool off in. We enjoyed kayaking and playing badminton and volleyball too. The sand was so soft under our feet. Pedro and Rosa were amazing and we enjoyed some breakfasts and a couple of delicious dinners that’s Rosa made. We went snorkeling during our stay and it was incredible. Julie was very responsive and she really thought of everything to make our stay memorable. Thank you Julie.

We had the best time. Julie’s home might be the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Rosa and Pedro for everything! If this place is still available, don’t wait—book it!

We had a beautiful one week stay at Julie's - 3 families, 4 kids. The bedroom layout worked great for us with 3 king beds for the 3 couples and a big, open, shared space with beautiful views and easy pool and beach access. Pedro and Rosa took great care of us, including Rosa's delicious appetizers and dinners. There is even a grocery store only 5min golf cart ride away. Thanks for a great stay!

Julie was a very responsive host and a ton of help getting us set up with pre-arrival transport/golf carts from the airport; excursions; etc. Her on-site property managers were responsive, discrete, warm, and extraordinarily helpful. They cooked, cleaned, and were otherwise in & out and a flash with warm and polite conversation during interfaces. Property was very well kept and beautiful views. Only knock is we came during a seaweed bloom which is obviously beyond host’s control; and it’s a 25-30 minute golf cart ride from downtown/airport (which is probably a good thing because that area isn’t very nice).

We were a multigenerational family group and this house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms; large common area. Plenty of games and outdoor activities. While it was too windy when we were there to use the kayaks or paddle boards, it was nice that they are there. We played volleyball, bocce and cornhole instead as they are more wind resistant. Pool was used a lot. Pedro was very helpful. Always available and very friendly. Rosa did a good job keeping the house clean for us and we hired her to make dinner one night. Julie, the host, was very helpful, including arranging a cab for us at the airport and the house guestbook is filled with useful information.

Our entire stay was amazing! The house was beautiful and was easy to get to town with the golf carts. Pedro helped us with any details and necessities if needed. We will come back here again and again. It was the perfect short vacation for our family of six!

The home was even more beautiful in person!! Julie was very responsive, and a huge help planning our trip!!! All of her suggestions were used!! We snorkeled with Scuba Daze. They were awesome!! Direct access to the beach!!! The pool was lovely! Pedro was a text message away and very responsive…(asking for pool towels, changing bottle of large water, etc..) Rosa made some amazing meals for us!

We arrived at Still Waters well after sunset and was greeted by Pedro. We woke up to a beautiful view and astonishing house. Just like the pictures but even better in person. From the open floor plan, pool, volleyball, hammocks and dock. The dock was a nice getaway from the heat because it provide a breezy area to relax on the recliners. We hit up Secret Beach which was cool. Stay away from Coco Grande, scammers and just a shit hole. As far as the other recommendations from still water they were great. Catamaran and with Martin/Ricky was the highlight of the trip. I saved the best for last, Pedro and Rosas. Pedro did not hesitate to assist us with anything. He went out of his way to catch live bait for our kids to fish off the dock. Rosas meals were amazing to say the least. Breakfast and dinner were so good. They do it all. They purchased our groceries for us which made things a lot easier. Laundry is done by them as well. Hint Hint They deserve an AC unit for all they do.

Julie was an amazing host as well as the house caretakers Pedro and Rosa! We had an amazing vacation. Julie has an extensive guide to help you through your stay and very helpful with getting accommodation around the island. Pedro and Rosa were delightful, super helpful and Rosa cooking was amazing. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

What an unbelizeable girls trip to celebrate our 50th birthdays! The description and pictures of the house are very accurate! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern looking and functioned well for the house water system. Drinking water was supplied as well as daily cleaning of the house. Pedro & Rosa were always willing to help out when needed and the house felt very safe knowing they were nearby. Rosa’s meals were delicious and all grocery shopping was taken care of. It was really nice to wake up to breakfast and come home for dinner a few times. We enjoyed the pool, the water toys, and the beach access. The location was perfect. Far enough away from San Pedro to relax and enjoy time at the house but also a short golf cart ride to take part of the nightlife and excursions. As well as a short ride to Secret Beach and all the fun restaurants and bars in town. During our week stay, we encountered very little issues and were extremely happy with the accommodations.

My first words upon arriving to Still Waters was, this looks better than the pictures! Julie, Pedro and Rosa are the perfect combination. Julie made sure everything was situated before we arrived, Pedro was super helpful and knowledgeable, and Rosa's cooking topped everything else we ate on the island. My family and I had an amazing experience during our stay and would absolutely return.

Really great stay. Julie was easy to communicate with from booking onward. Booked our island hopper flights for us without problem. The house is new, beautiful and has all creature comforts. We've stayed in several homes along Ambergris Cay and this was by far the nicest. They have their own golf cart you can rent to save the trouble of finding a 3rd party. It is outside of town about 30 minutes on golf cart so you will want some mode of transportation. Less touristy, more privacy. There are several restaurants and a small store nearby with great cinnamon rolls and baked goods (and larger grocery stores a little farther away). Pedro and Rosa live on site and are wonderfully helpful. Take them up on the breakfast offered, the burritos were amazing. Overall, great stay. We will be back!

Still Waters Belize was an amazing place to stay!! The house and property were absolutely stunning. The house was perfect for our group of 9 friends. Julie was extremely helpful throughout planning our stay and offered many great suggestions for activities and restaurants. She arranged transportation to and from airport and had golf carts waiting for us on arrival. Pedro and Rosa were amazing and took great care of us! It was amazing having them on site. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed our entire stay. We loved the meals cooked for us by Rosa and always came home to a clean house after exploring town! We can’t wait to come back!
