Beautiful, relaxing, spacious and clean. This stay was exactly what I needed to fully reset from the hustle and bustle of everyday in the states. Stephanie was very kind and hospitable the entire stay. She answered questions promptly and made sure we felt comfortable the entire stay. Pool was clean and warm even at night! 10/10 would certainly rebook. Missing those beautiful Caye Caulker mornings and sunset already!!

The property was amazing and we had a great time. We could not ask for a better location right by the split! was the perfect space for our family. We felt right at home relaxing after being out and also enjoyed just relaxing at home and at the pool. The hosts were incredibly helpful right after booking, prior to, during and throughout our trip. We asked many questions and they were very quick with responses in help and suggestions. We would definitely book again next time we are in Caye Caulker

We love Sea Dreams hotel location, amenities, breakfast, and people. This house is an extension, and only a block away but keeping all the amenities. The view isn’t as good as the hotel or their other rental house, but it provided ample space for our family for our stay and had access to a pool!

Loved it here. Perfect location. You can walk left to the water or you can turn right and walk to the water. Very clean, very beachy, all the amenities you could want. The pool was a bonus! Our hosts also arranged for a golf cart taxi pickup at the airport for us and helped with return. I would return here for sure.

Loved our stay at Haywood. The location was perfect, in a nice quiet part of the island but a short walk to all the busy bars and restaurants. Stephanie our host was very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous place, rooms larger than they appear in photos. So many decks to relax on and catch some great birdwatching in the morning. Access to the hotel amenities key - delicious breakfast, happy hour, pool dips. Beautiful light in the house and lovely foliage in the yard. Loved having the bikes to get around.

We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again. Its was super clean and decorated beautifully. We got in a little early and Anna was great in letting our group leave our luggage in the office so we could start to explore Caye Caulker. Our stay included a free breakfast every morning at the roof top dining area which was a choice of a cooked dish of the day and some continental items like cereal oatmeal coffee. I liked that this home was our own space but ran like a hotel. Location- It was super close to the split and lazy lizard which our family spent lots of time there swimming, so much we didn’t even use the pool at the house. It was easy to hop back and forth from beach to the house for anything we needed. House- We appreciated having the washer and dryer since we packed lightly. There was coffee available. The AC worked great. We used the bikes provided for the house but had a smaller kid that was also able to use the hotel provided bikes for a smaller size option.

We stayed a full week and loved this home! The rooms were comfortable, the daily breakfast was amazing, the pool was refreshing, the grounds lovely with so many flowers, and the location was perfect - you can see both the sunrise and the sunset from the many porches!

Beautiful house, comfortable beds, perfect location. We loved it! The pool was wonderful, we used the bikes to get around the island easily. There's also a wonderful breakfast served daily at Sea Dreams hotel, which I didn't realize was included. Nice surprise! We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful home with decks for every part of the day according to sun. Just steps away from beaches and restaurants! Loved the kayaks, SUP boards and bicycles we road to north part of island!
