PROS: Great Location, Very Private, Very quiet, Enormous home with plenty of space, Decent size rooms, Clean Linens, Cute small kitchen with all the utensils, came with two refridgerators, Drip Coffee Maker, Free WIFI, Each room included a full bathroom and Air Conditioner unit, Great big family room with large overlooking balcony, Nice pool area, Amazing Views, included a housekeeper and house assistant, Cooked meals available daily but you must provide all the ingredients, Great Staff and Great Host, good place for large families and very reasonable for the price. CONS: Must take into consideration a short drive distance to the beach/stores/restaurants and most attractions (Not walking distance), bathrooms are dated and need updating, Hot water available upon request, Low water pressure, Only two TVs in entire home, No Cable (very limited channels) so bring your own Roku/Firestick/Apple TV device to stream, No complimentary coffee.

A super nice house. The view is definitely worth it. It's a few minutes by car from the yacht club, so we were able to take a ride. Very good service from everyone. The only thing I would improve is that the pool looks slightly cloudy. It may require more chemicals. Other than that, it was always the perfect temperature. It was never cold. Tranquil and pleasant stay

Excellent experience, the house is very spacious, beautiful view; it's also a real plus to have Agustín and Cristi, who are friendly and very helpful. I would definitely come back.

Very good place to stay, excellent location, very quiet area, with a very nice view. José Luis and Cristi were also very friendly; they made our stay more pleasant. Honestly, 10/10. We would definitely come back

Excellent place to stay From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The place is very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, and everything was in pristine condition. The location is also very good, close to everything you need and in a quiet area, ideal for resting. The attention from the hosts was amazing: always attentive, friendly, and willing to help. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and peace of mind.

10/10 the house has an amazing view, Cristi and José Luis are excellent people who support you at all times. Of course I recommend it and of course we will be back! The pool can be used all the time and the place is quite quiet.

Totally recommended, very comfortable, safe and quiet, the attention of the host, the managers and the employees was excellent, if there is an opportunity I will return
