Our stay at Casa Alenita was amazing! The condo, pool, and town of Nosara were breathtakingly beautiful. Nosara was easy to navigate and had lots of activities for our large group. Alena was incredibly helpful and quick to answer our many questions before and throughout our stay. Her recommendations were superb! Her team took great care of us, and Casa Alenita was everything we could have asked for and more! We could not have imagined a better stay and are excited to visit again soon!

This condo at Become Nosara is absolutely outstanding. It has everything needed for a spectacular vacation—comfortable, fully equipped, and beautifully maintained. The hosting experience is also excellent, with great attention to detail and a seamless, enjoyable stay from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Nosara to the fullest!

This place was perfect. Very safe and close to everything. Alena was very easy to deal with and responded right away when i was booking her place. There were no issues at all, the condo was spotless with everything you needed inside. I would definitely recommend booking with her when coming to Nosara. I will forsure be back.

The apartment is in a secure location. You need a car to get around to any of the beaches or restaurants. The unit is on the ground floor, steps away from the pool which made it easily accessible. There were some issues with cleanliness but Alena immediately remedied the situation and the rest of our stay was very nice. The apartment is large and comfortable. There is a large deck with two chairs. There is no table either inside or outside to sit at. There is a large communal bbq space that is very nice and the pool was great for kids (although there is not much shade). Alena was also great coordinating restaurants and activities. It was disappointing given the price that laundry detergent wasn’t included nor were there any beach towels. There are two beach chairs; however, it would have been great if she would have included an umbrella for the beach. Finally the sliding door can be unlocked from outside which was a security issue. I also couldn’t find smoke detectors.

The condo is beautiful, just like the photos. Bedrooms are very spacious and the convenience to be so close to the pool was great for the kids. Close drive to the main Nosara area and the host is very friendly and responsive. We booked an excursion via the host and it was all so easy - she even helped us find a last minute grocery delivery service which was super helpful!!!

Staying in Welcome Nosara was a blast from the start to finish. The place has such a chill vibe, making it perfect for families with kids and pets. Everyone we met was super friendly and laid-back, which made the whole experience even better. The pool area is awesome - really comfy with spots to lounge around, plus barbecues for have some fun cookouts. Also, if you need to get some work done, they've got cowering space where you can book a room for meetings, which is super handy. The apt felt just like home. It was super cozy and had everything we needed, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Plus, it's just a quick five minutes drive to the beach, markets, shops, so everything's really convenient. While we were there they were working on a new commercial and dinning area right in from of the entrance, which is going to be even greatter for everyone staying there in the future. Overall, Wellcome Nosara is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy some quality time. Highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Alena’s home. The home was spacious and welcoming. Everything seemed pretty much brand new. The complex was great with our kiddos. Just open the door and let them run around the safe (gated and guarded) community. Beautiful pool right outside the door. Cannot wait for the next time we stay here!

We loved our stay at Casa Alenita. Beautiful condo in a really nice new development. Pool was amazing. Only issue was check-in was a little rocky because AirBNB listing was out of date. This unit as well as others in the building are managed by a property management company who are excellent to work with. Would stay again for sure.

As a solo female traveler, my experience at Casa Alenita was perfect! Nosara is safe, private and the residents are so friendly. The condo itself is wonderful: gated, air conditioned, & great kitchen (with more kitchen tools than I have at home!) Also, the pool & hot tub are just outside which made it easy to justify a post surf recovery everyday! I encountered many young families, and other solo female travelers who gave me great recommendations from where to watch sunset to where to find organic produce at the farmers market! Per Alena’s suggestion I rented an ATV which made getting around very simple (& fun!) (I rented from Las Olas Verdes - would suggest you negotiate your rate there) There is seriously something for everyone in Nosara - from surfing, to world class Yoga, to sea turtle sightings at Playa Ostinal. Thank you to Alena & Andrea for making my experience so great!! I hope to be back again soon!
