We had a really nice weekend at Adriana's house. The house is very beautiful, very well equipped, and located right on the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at Adriana's ocean-side property. We were two families in total and everyone had plenty of room. The setup was impressive for being so remote, which we definitely appreciate. The kids on the trip definitely found this to be their favorite experience!
We had an overall fun stay at this home that is situated in a very beautiful, remote location. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. The one challenge during our stay was the sargassum and some debris along the shoreline and lagoon, which limited our ability to enjoy the beach and water. We understand this is a natural, seasonal occurrence and NOT within the host’s control, but since the beach is a main highlight, it did impact our experience. The host was accommodating and provided a partial refund, which we appreciated. That said, the indoor kitchen and outdoor cooking areas were a huge highlight—such a great setup for preparing meals and gathering. We loved being able to both smoke and BBQ! The pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic—clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind. Cone, the on-site groundskeeper was a standout- a kind, helpful presence during our stay. Thanks again to the hosts for their hospitality and for working with us—we truly appreciated it!
Preci Beach is an amazing beach house set in the most beautiful surroundings right on the beach. The house had everything you could wish for, clean, spacious and the pool / jacuzzi were ideal for cooling off. Cone the Caretaker lives in a small house in the grounds he was really helpful as was his wife. It is off the beaten track(a 4x4 is a must) but truly worth it when you get there. Use Waze as your navigation and it will take you right to Preci Beach. Adriana & Rodrigo were so responsive and helpful to any questions asked.
Quiet private spot. More of a drive than we expected when we booked but worth it once you’re there. Hosts were very responsive and kind.
We had a wonderful stay in a truly heavenly place! The couple present on site for the stewardship is very responsive and attentive! This rental can accommodate up to 10 people for a dream stay!
It's 100% worth it Beautiful house and beach. A quiet and private place to disconnect. 💜

This is a fantastic place for those that want to connect with nature & relax from the stresses of the city. This is like paradise on earth but you still have the comforts of having WiFi, Netflix, a well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, chef freezer, A/C, etc. The house is very spacious 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms inside house and and outside toilet and shower for when coming from beach or pool. Getting to the property is easy but do follow the instructions provided by Ms. Adriana on how to get there & you will be fine! I do advise that you get there with daylight as it will make it easier to follow signals, & drive through the roads, etc., specially if you are not from the area. When you first come in to the property, you will be welcomed by Cone, who is the caretaker and is the true definition of helpful as he was very attentive to our every need. Adriana and her husband are great hosts and are very responsive and quick to answer any questions. A Wonderful experience in every aspect!

Very good weekend at Adriana's, great house location! On the other hand, the house deserves a little refreshment and a more modern and adapted equipment given the price... however, we had a pleasant weekend and the hosts were attentive and responsive.
Lovely area. Great house, lots of nice places to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Great pool.
This place is perfect to enjoy a relaxing het away, having the beautiful ocean view and tropical breeze right outside of the house it is priceless! The pool and Jacuzzi are well maiy and make a great complement of the whole experience! The host thought about every detail to make the guests very welcome, by providing essentials for personal cleaning products, kitchen extra essentials and outdoors supplies. We really enjoyed the stay.!
very comfortable and nice place to spend a few quiet days and with a lot of privacy. The facilities are perfect for a good rest.
Lovely, big place right on the water. The hosts always responded very quickly to any questions. Nice pool and hot tub, big kitchen, good amenities. It's very remote, which is part of the attraction. (We were glad to have a 4-wheel-drive vehicle.)
Overall we really enjoyed the stay, everything was working well and it was a nice place to stay as a family. The beds could have a touch up (sheets). And hot water would have been nice, but not your fault. Ps: they even provide sanitary supplies.
All was good. The house needs a brush up. The pool is great and the remote location is very beautiful.
