Loved staying here, had so much fun!

We enjoyed our stay at Monica’s home. Everything was clean, amenities were great and we were able to enjoy the convenience of a pool in the afternoons! We especially appreciated the filtered water that was provided. That was above and beyond for our stay. I would highly recommend this place to vacation in San Pedro!

Great place to stay. Private. On the main road, but away from the main areas. Recommend getting a golf cart due to same. Great space. Upstairs was steep stairs to get to the space, but the bedroom was lovely. 5 min walk to the beach. Backyard space was great. Only 3 lounge chairs though if you have more guests. Hosts were very responsive and lovely!

Certainly is a nice house for a family to stay in. You need to be close there’s one bathroom. And we did great. Looks like they’re gonna be bringing the paved road down there in front of the place, that will be nice. I like the location

Beautiful home close enough to all think

such a comfortable, practical place to stay on this island, close enough from everything and far enough to be more peaceful and less noisy. nice to have the pool, everything what was needed in the kitchen, we felt at home, a nice plus : plenty of towels and games !

We truly felt right at home during our stay in San Pedro. Monica's house was exactly what we needed for our group of six - comfortable, welcoming and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. The pool was fantastic and quickly became a favorite spot for all of us. We also loved the location: great restaurants were close by, and the nearby pathway made it easy and enjoyable to walk or go for a run. Everything about the place made our stay easy and memorable. We would happily come back again.

Everything was just as stated. We went for a diving vacation and fully enjoyed this home where we could cook, play games, and relax between dives. Quiet location away from the city but near the beach at sunrise.

Beautiful home private and quiet. The pool was amazing and the layout of the home is nice. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Will definitely boom again.

Casa Holiday was perfect for my family. The property was very clean and the pictures matched what is shown on the listing. Very thoughtful, unexpected amenities like ground, coffee, shampoo and conditioner packets, small in room safes and a bottled water dispenser. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning units worked well. The screened in porch is nice for sitting out at night without mosquitoes. The pool area was perfect and well kept. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy to get back into town by golf cart.

Stayed here in the past. Has been a great place to stay every time. Location is South and very quiet. Close enough to the hustle of San Pedro but far enough to get out busyness. Nice to relax by the pool or walk the beach.

Took some of my staff to San Pedro as a reward for great work... Place was the perfect home for us... close enough to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet and enjoy the amazing pool.. Some Place South restaurant is in walking distance and has amazing food & drinks as well as live entertainment.. The new Hula Bar is even closer and was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Nice home. Difficult to get clothes dry in the washer dryer combo. Found out at the end of our stay that baby oil applied to our skin would’ve kept us from getting eaten by the sand fleas. Insect repellent only keeps the mosquitoes away. Many beautiful memories of the island! Great people and great food wherever we went!
