Amazing gated community very close to El Tunco beach. The house is spectacular and you can see the surfers early in the morning from the balcony of the master bedroom.

Beautiful place in a gated neighborhood. Very large and spacious- great for big groups. Lovely pool as well and spectacular view 10m walk to sunzal or a 5 minute uber to El tunco Only recommendation to host - the entire place is fitted with bright white fluorescent overhead lights - really hard on the eyes at night

Make no mistake, this is the ideal pad to rent for an El Salvador surf trip. Steve, Tyler and Alex - the hosts - are consummate professionals and go above and beyond in making sure things go smoothly from A-Z. Their experience in the area and with local service providers (shoutout Ryan from El Sal Vibes) means they have the best reccos, so you can get the most out of your trip. The house itself is spectacular; the photos speak for themselves. Besides the obviously unreal views, I would say a subtle highlight is the well-stocked kitchen, complete with air-fryer and smoothie maker, you can really chef up here. The not-so-subtle highlights - the massive pool deck, and the jaw-dropping views of Sunzal and Bocana, so you can scope the surf before paddling out. Thanks guys you rock!

This property was even better then what was depicted in the listing. It should be noted that this is a safe gated community, with the best host, and the most amazing staff. The entire family wants to come back on our next trip.

This place was amazing. The chef recommended was outstanding. 10/10 would again. Place is beautiful. Mosquitos are a big part of el Salvador so be warned buy lots of off.

The house is beautiful, it has all the amenities and luxuries. Everything was very clean when we arrived and they were waiting to welcome us. Enough space to be comfortable, we were a group of 18 people. They left us a lot of water to drink inside the house, which is very much appreciated. All bedrooms have air conditioning that works 100%. The pool in optimal condition. Parking for 2 cars inside the house and we parked 2 more cars outside. The residential complex is safe, overlooking the sea. It's less than a 5-minute drive from El Tunco beach, where we were able to surf. Alejandro gave us many local recommendations, which were very useful and he was always attentive to us. I would definitely recommend this place. It's one of those houses that doesn't need anything. 10/10.

Best Airbnb I have rented in Latin America by far!!!! My retreat guests and I absolutely loved the Nakamoto surf house. The views are incredible, the pool is gorgeous, and the rooftop was perfect for sunrise yoga. All good things to say about this place, the owners, and the staff. They are all so incredibly friendly and I would absolutely love to come back! Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious for a large group. Alex and his team were super helpful and nice! The house is in a gated community, super safe. Private but close to night life. Would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again!
