I just cannot put into words how amazing this house is and how WONDERFUL Wayner and Rosa are! We hired Rosa for our chef services and she did not disappoint! Wayner handled our every need and request with a smile and hospitality. They both went above and beyond to make our week unforgettable. I will definitely return to this house! 5 stars all the way!

Overall we really enjoyed our time in Tulum. Elizabeth (the host) is very responsive and helpful. Rosa and Wayner, who come to the house daily, are wonderful — they keep everything spotless and prepare fantastic local meals. We used Living Dreams for transportation and tours (cenotes and turtles) and they were excellent. The luxury chef experience is also worth doing for a night or two. The restaurant at Icaro, about a 10-minute walk away, is another great option. The house itself is beautiful and the layout and condition are exactly as described. The one disappointment is the condition of the beach directly in front of the house. Storms have significantly reduced the natural beachfront, and in an attempt to stabilize the shoreline there are now sandbags and a rock barrier. As a result, the beach experience is quite different from what is reflected in the listing photos. We would simply suggest that the current beach condition be reflected more clearly in the listing so guests can
