Nienke's house is pleasant and very comfortable. All the necessary items are there. The place is beautiful!

Modern and well laid out house with everything we needed. Pool was a huge hit with the kids and lots of pool toys.

The description of the physical place was accurate. It was spacious and clean! The individual rooms were cooled with AC units. The main living room is not air conditioned. However, due to the severe weather, we lost power several times and ended up being without power, internet, water, or cell service for 24 hrs. The house became very hot and the water filter was unable to operate due to loss of power and we were without water for the 24 hrs. We ultimately had to leave the area because we needed the connectivity for remote work and didn’t trust the power system to hold up with all the rain that was forecasted. Host was as responsive as they could be due to lack of power.

Great location. House has everything you need. Clean and bright. AC for comfortable sleeping. Manager was always responsive. Pool and privacy and still steps to the beach. Loved it. Coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Lima, located in a quiet and safe area about a twenty-minute walk from Sámara Beach. Clean house, well decorated. Delicious fresh fruit was waiting for us on the counter upon arrival. Comfortable beds and bedding. Well-maintained swimming pool, outdoor shower, and beautiful landscaping. The beach chairs were useful to us. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and everything was functional. Plenty of cutlery, dishes, table linens, dish soap, and some basic ingredients for cooking. One small detail… glass wine glasses would have been appreciated, though. The only disappointment was that the BBQ listed in the listing was not available for use. We would have liked to have been informed about this before we arrived. We would definitely recommend this house to other guests! Thank you!

We travelled with our two teenage sons for our second time to Costa Rica and loved our stay in Sàmara at this AirBnB. Close enough to stroll to shops and restaurants as well as the beach and just far enough away to escape the noise of vehicles and nightlife crowd. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean; layout great to have teenagers with their own rooms and bathroom. Outdoor shower and plunge pool was great to clean off after surf days at the beach and cool off in the evenings. Although Nienke was kind enough to give us heads up that the BBQ broke just before our arrival, the Kitchen , stove, microwave and small appliances etc including everything needed to make family meals when not eating at local sodas (including sharp knives and a blender for fresh pineapple, watermelon and mango smoothies which kids loved). If you time arrival right, Saturday morning market where you can pick up fresh fruits and seafood for your stay; otherwise 3 grocery stores walking distance from the house.

A lovely stay at Casa Lima. Exactly as shown in pics and description. Attentive and helpful hosts and local property manager who provided great suggestions for local restaurants. Loved the warm, private pool and the easy walk to town and the beach! We hope to visit again.

Super modern house close to the center of Samara. Possibility to walk to the beach or go shopping. The house is spacious, the rooms are well independent of each other and the living room is pleasant. There were 5 of us and we were fine. The owner provides towels for the pool and plenty of linen. The outdoor space is not very large but the house is in town. The pool, on the other hand, is more than sufficient even with children. Joannie's welcome was perfect and played a particularly positive role in our appreciation of the place. Thank you for your responsiveness, your wise advice and anecdotes :)

This was a very good Airbnb! We were a group of 6 and all the bedrooms were big with lots of shelving, hangers and hooks for our belongings. The showers were big with good water pressure and hot water. Nice bath towels and beach towels were included Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were included and worked great. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and it was all in good condition. House has filtered water that was drinkable so no need to buy bottled water. A/C worked great in all bedrooms. Wifi was fast. The pool was a good size, it was sunny all day but there were always shady spots around if you needed and there was a movable umbrella to create your own shade. Location was good with an easy walk to town and beach, it was quiet and peaceful there with no road noise. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this Airbnb again.

amazing property. great location easy walk to groceries / restaurant / beach. was able to park a pickup truck inside and would have had room for an atv or 2 as well. beautiful house and helpful hosts!
