In the heart of town. Spacious. Safe. Appreciated having everything we needed to make a meal. Plenty simple things stocked, coffee filter, nap kind garbage bags, toilet paper and plenty towels and more! That’s attention to detail. Will be coming back

terrific location right across the street from the beach and a lot of restaurants. it is on the 4th floor so if you hate steps don't rent here.

Nolan’s place was perfect for our stay in San Juan del Sur! The location is unmatched! It is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. We didn’t have any means of transportation and we didn’t need it since Nolan’s place is within walking distance of everything. Nolan is also very responsive. There are some inconveniences to being in a new country such as the plumbing and electricity differences, but Nolan communicated everything clearly. We also experienced some bad weather while there and Nolan was so attentive to our concerns. He is a wonderful host. I highly recommend Nolan’s place and we would absolutely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this condo in San Juan del Sur. The location honestly could not have been better. It is right in the heart of town and directly across from the beach. The views from the penthouse are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was one of the highlights of my trip. The condo itself was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It felt upscale while still being comfortable and relaxing. I also loved being able to walk everywhere. Restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife were all just steps away, which made exploring San Juan del Sur incredibly easy. If you are looking for a place with amazing views, convenience, and a great atmosphere, this is definitely the spot. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location for the price! A lot of positives for this property and very few negatives. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with any time. Nolan was not responsive. The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. It was very clean upon arrival and the check-in process with the property manager was easy. My group was extremely grateful for the 3-gallon sealed water jug provided. We were able to park our vehicle directly in front of the property without any issues daily. Everything is within walking distance, and the beach is just a 30 second walk across the street. The patio is amazing! The only complaint about the property is the handle of the hot water in the shower was extremely loose and fell off a few times during our stay. The only other complaint from our group was about the stairs, which was not a big deal to me. Overall, this is an excellent property well worth the money! I would absolutely book this property again!

Excellent Airbnb! Perfect location, close to all services. On the other hand, it's very noisy on weekends, so take that into consideration according to your needs. Very professional host! Nothing else to add! I would recommend it

Had a nice stay in the centrally located apartment with stunning views in cozy SJDS!

This place was gorgeous and maybe the best location in SJDS! The view could not be beat! And easy access to anywhere in town. There are four flights of stairs (as Nolan describes) to get into the unit and then you are perched right above the centre of the beach and cove. Sunset views were perfect. The pool was fine, a bit of garbage flying around but that seems impossible to avoid. We didn’t spend much time in the pool in any event. But it was cleaned regularly (we saw the pool guy when we were there). I would love to stay here again!
