Jorge is what you look for in a host. From the moment we booked through checkout Jorge was so attentive. 100% first class.

The Apartment is beautifully located, and you have an amazing view of the bay. It is also a very secure place, gated and guarded. Jorge is the best host; he provided us with all the information we needed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to the Beach, the Hotel near it, the Marina and its restaurants. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to Starbucks, Subway, Burger King and a Drugstore. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Very comfortable house, good location and good social areas

The home was beautiful. The view was great. The pool is awesome and right next door. We loved everything about the place. The only issue was not getting the actual address ubtil the day before we left, that impacted our prearranged transfers from and to the airport.

George was great. Residence just like the photos with no issues. Look forward to booking again.

Great apartment and location

Simply put, the best Airbnb I have had the privilege to stay in. If you are looking at this unit and considering the Los Suenos resort community, just book it. The location of the unit cannot be beat. It is private but still very close to the restaurants and marina. The only issue would be if that you cannot walk up to the second floor. The amount of space was ample for two families including three kids. There are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Communication with Jorge was incredible. He was very responsive and clear. The unit was sparkling clean. Amenities within the unit were above expectations. The two pools on the other side of the unit are spectacular and very private. The beach club, which you have access to, is excellent for both atmosphere, drinks, and food. Overall experience was A+++. I will be going back for sure and recommending this to all of my friends.

It's a cozy place, with all the basic amenities very close by. A super cute place and an amazing view. 10 out of 10.

Very comfortable house, with very nice atmosfere, and a lot of details that make a nice stay. My family enjoyed a lot the stay and we are planning to return soon. Excellent view of the bay from the balconies and from the pool. Nice kitchen to prepare home made family dinner.

This condo was amazing, very beautiful setting, gorgeous view of ocean, the home itself is luxurious, a lot of thought and effort has been given to make this a wonderful stay. Jorge was very responsive to any questions. He was able to connect us with a golf cart rental company and they delivered 2 carts we rented. We were an extended family of 7 (2 grandparents in their 70’s, young adult grandchildren and my husband and I ) and everyone loved the home, very quick golf cart drive to Beach club, marina and Marriott Los Suenos. Pool at beach club is very large and right on ocean and is included in rental, marina has 4 restaurants and Costa Cat boat rentals, Marriott has 3 restaurants and 24 snack/gift shop. You can use Marriott pool if you buy a day pass. But condo has 2 pools right next to where u stay and beach club has pool and restaurant. Jaco beach is 10min car drive away if you want a beach/ocean/waves. The condo is very close to a sandy beach but it is full of mulch and tree debris so the beach club has a man made sand beach area. We loved our stay and Jorge was an amazing host. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We will be forever grateful for our get away to Los Suenos and for the beautiful views from this lovely home. Jorge is amazing and promptly responds to every question! The home is truly amazing, everything is super clean and appears very new. Everything we needed to prepare our meals was available to us. BUT, the views are even more incredible. We would have been happy doing nothing else but just sitting on the balconies! We loved watching the evening colors in the sky just after sunset. We sure hope to come back soon!

Beautiful place to spend time as a family

We had a super relaxed and happy few days. The apartment, the cleanliness, the facilities, the location, the security, the pool area, the beautiful views are all spectacular. Thank you to Jorge for being a superhost and being as flexible at check-in and check-out time. We will definitely be back 😍
