Great beach house in a great location, the beach itself is beautiful, the people are welcoming and very happy. Leon is a wonderful city which takes maybe an hour to get to. 10 out of 10. Loved all of it.

I visited the Mascarona cabin with my family and we thought it was very good, the place matched the photos in the ad, it was quite clean, the location was oceanfront and there was privacy, communication with the host was good, it is a place I would definitely return to

This was a lovely home to stay in, not far from the surf and had a great front yard with a wonderful view of the ocean. Communication was great. Would stay again.

I recommend this house, you can see the waves from the bed, very charming, the beach is a few steps away, you can swim, of course with caution. If you have children, don't worry, on the left-hand side, walk a few meters and there are some nice pools, and if you walk a little more, you will find a quiet place to bathe on the quiet beach. The house has everything you need, equipped. Maria Rosa is very friendly and helpful.

Very quiet beachfront location on the southern end of Miramar, Nicaragua. Local people and neighbors are very nice and helpful. The house is amazing. if your a surfer, the select surf spots are a just north of the location. I'd stay here again!

The place is excellent, the only thing that was not so good is that there was a lot of fly and a lot of dust, underneath and around the beds it was super dirty. Otherwise the people who are busy are super kind and respectful, the place is beautiful, the view is spectacular! Despite the small inconveniences we had regarding cleanliness we were able to enjoy our holidays a lot.

Very nice seaside house, neighbors are fishermen which is very convenient to provide lobsters, shrimp, fresh fish,... It is quite hot during the day but there are air conditioning in the rooms.

Maria's house was Amazing; Ocean/sunset view from the back porch & master suite balcony was stellar. The house managers & neighbors were very welcoming & accommodating. Her responsiveness & attention to our needs/requests was outstanding. The home is so quaint/inviting & the perfect beach house to relax with family/friends & make great meals. We would absolutely stay there again.....loved hearing the waves From the bedrooms & the Fresh seafood available from the next door neighbors' daily catch was incredible. :j

We had a few days of rest with a wonderful sunset. the upstairs room balcony was very relaxing.

Beautiful spot right on a very quiet beach. We were able to buy fresh seafood right off the fishing boat!
