The facilities are everything. The immaculate pool, the well-kept green areas, and the clean and quiet beach. We really enjoyed them. The apartment is very small, maximum 4 people; for a young marriage with 2 children. It needs maintenance in general, no door closed well, nor the bathroom door. The kitchen is very uncomfortable and has what is strictly indispensable. Plastic glasses, plates and platens would be appreciated for the beach and an ice maker. The secondary bedroom does not have a drawer or closet to keep clothes. A night lamp to favor rest in the bedrooms would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
We loved it here! Beautiful location, nice private beach and very helpful! The kitchen is very well stocked. Would stay again!

The house is very cozy. The building is beautiful with swimmimg pool and private access to the beach. Everything is very clean. The host is very friendly and easy to reach for any questions
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Alexandre's place. He and his co-host were very helpful and responsive. The location was wonderful because the pool and beach are private to the apartment complex and the staff kept the area and beach really clean. While it felt like a safe area, there was not a ton of stuff to do within walking distance, but we did find a few good restaurants and the ferry to Isla Mujeras was a 5 minute walk away. We didn't cook in the apartment, but it seemed to have everything one would need. The hosts also helped us arrange a ride to and from the airport. Like other folks said, the decor is a bit outdated, but we didn't mind with such a great location and nice hosts. It was a great value.
Really appreciated the quick response time and being escorted to our room so that we had someone to ask questions. We were coming and going at the wee hours of the morning and late at night, so it was comforting that there were employees at the entrance/exit at all times. It's about an hour from Xcarat , which was a blast! We had a lovely time!

The perfect unit if you want to be in the hotel zone and skip the beach party crowds and all-inclusive hoards. Everything looks exactly as is in the photos. The host is organized and gives easy instructions and is available to help with questions during your stay. The pool is very nice and the beach is private compared to other hotel zone locations. The waves never get big there because it is a sheltered area. Kitchen is a bit dated but very functional-hopefully no one is traveling to Cancun to critique kitchens anyway! We found the master bed to be a bit small (double) Easy to catch the bus nearby and quickly get to anywhere on the strip. This is the spot if you are looking for quiet in a party town and want to do your own thing.
Alexandre's place in Cancun is a true gem! Located right in front of the beach, it offers stunning views and easy access to the sea. The surrounding area is filled with great places to explore. Alexandre's communication was excellent, making the place easy to locate. I had a fantastic time and would return anytime. Highly recommended!
Great location but for an RBNB, very few amenities. No dish linen. Coffee maker not working. No limonadier. Too small for cooking. Very few restaurants nearby.

Beach view was amazing! Everything was very nice, super fast Wi-Fi and very good AC units.
