Everything great, very friendly host

The best place I've ever stayed, full of activities. The lake is amazing, and the house is big and has everything.

It's a large house surrounded by beautiful gardens, with access to the lake and a spectacular lake view! It had everything you needed in the kitchen, even for grilling! We enjoyed the pool and a kayak ride on the lake. Everything was very clean, nice touch to welcome us with fruit, good communication.

Great value for what you get — the house is spacious, and the kayaks were a fun bonus we didn't expect to enjoy as much as we did. The view from the house is beautiful. Solid stay overall, would recommend.

Super quiet and nice place.

Our stay was simply great. Thank you very much Bayardo, Raquel and Karol, because they were attentive at all times and took care of all the details. The accommodation is in excellent condition and everything is as described in the listing. There were 10 of us and the house is super comfortable, spacious social areas, and a very nice pool area. The lake and its spectacular surroundings. 100% recommended.

We loved our stay, and having Karol as a host. She gave us all kinds of wonderful recommendations- especially for local restaurants, which were delicious and perfect for kids. We loved the kayaks, loved the patio, and appreciated all of the help and responsiveness. We look forward to returning with a bigger party to share the amazing retreat with!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Garza Moreno, the house is beautiful and very clean, and the host's service was incredible. I would definitely visit Casa Garza Moreno again!!

An excellent stay, with clear travel instructions, and was exactly as advertised. We visited Baldi Hot Springs, and the Hanging Gardens, both top notch with a return someday soon. The views of Arenal were spectacular, and the drive lovely. The house was better than advertised. From the drive up through a beautiful, well tended garden, we could see that the design of the property was well thought out, with the living space large and comfortable, with views from the front garden, through the back windows showing off a pool with the lake beyond. Bedrooms and bathrooms were modern, clean and very well decorated. Favourite activities of swimming, kayaking, bar b que dinners and walks to appreciate the blooming flowers, and birds overhead. Very sad to leave.

We are a family of five and had a great stay at this beautiful location. We loved the landscape and the picturesque surroundings. The fruits and treats basket was such a warm welcome, Karol and her team were friendly, responsive and provided clear communication. They were super helpful when I forgot my prescription glasses. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the house and its amenities to its full potential. This was our first time in Costa Rica, and we were constantly on the go.

Absolutely loved our stay. The location is off the beaten path which is exactly what we wanted. The views of the lake were beautiful. We enjoyed the mornings and bird watching.

If you are looking for a place to relax as a family, this is the perfect place. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, not to mention that everything is extremely tidy and arranged. The lake view is simply AMAZING. The kayaks on the lake are a huge plus. We look forward to returning, we loved it!!

My family and I spent an incredible vacation time on this beautiful place. The hosts were always willing to help, the facilities are great, the house is full equipped and the lake with kayaks and the amazing view make our family trip one of the best trips ever. We'll definitely come back soon.

Excellent place, very nice and comfortable house. Zero complaints!! Of course I want to go back!!!!!
