15 of us stayed in this Villa. There was plenty of extra space, the living areas were beautiful, everything was clean. We had an amazing experience. Best of all, the concierge service was impeccable. Always always responsive even before the trip. They always answered and came right away if there was ever an issue. They helped me book a yacht and we had an incredible experience there as well. They even completely set up a projector in the main area for us. I booked a private chef for dinner through them, the food was very good and they gave me a great deal. They also helped to provide all transportation. All of my guests raved about their experience, it was a true dream vacation. They even surprised me with a birthday cake at my dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Seremonia! The house lived up to the pictures — very cool layout. Once you’re inside the place, it feels very private. If you want to get around, you’ll need private transportation, which was always easy to book, even at late hours to and from your destinations. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly! I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Tulum.

Uli & his team were the most gracious hosts and so friendly/helpful. Every morning we’d receive a text asking if there was anything they could help us organize and were so incredibly prompt whenever we did end up needing something last minute. The stay was perfect. I think the only thing we could even mention was the construction on the roads leading up to the villa - it made the transpo in and out a little slower and super bumpy, but other than that the house and concierge team were perfect. We also opted for some meals in the house which were all delicious and adhered to our dietary restrictions. If you’re with a big group, I highly recommend organizing transport through them as it was very cost effective and so easy. Thank you for making our crew feel so special!

Beautiful Villa! Staff is amazing and really make sure you have the best time. Would stay and recommend this place to everyone. Uli, Yasir, and Niya are great people to work with.

The villa was the prefect size for our large group of 26. There are plenty of rooms with en suite bathrooms. The main gathering area is large, but could use some more comfy seating for lounging. The hosts/house attendants are great with communication and responsiveness. It is definitely in the jungle and always requires cars to be called to go anywhere. The roads can be challenging. We made use of the chef service twice and both times the food was excellent. Highly recommend partaking as you won't need to lift a finger! The house is very private and we felt safe the whole time!

Villa Seremonia is absolutely gorgeous! It is in the middle of the jungle! Private and secluded. It is 9 bedrooms that are very spacious. In my trip I had over 20 guests that stayed with us over 11 days and everyone was comfortable. The hosts are so nice and easy to work with. The location of the villa is in a perfect area however the dirt roads to get there are very rough and is the only down side about it. If you get lost on the gps there is absolutely no signal. I highly recommend staying Villa Seremonia! It was truly a special experience! I will defiantly be back! Thank you!!!

If you want to party is the place for you. Hosts are very responsive and quick to respond. Highly recommended for large groups.

The entire stay Perfect with great communication and help with anything we needed.

The villa was perfect for our large group! The layout means you don’t have to get in other people’s space, and the large open kitchen, lounge and pool area was a great place for us all to hang out. Uli, the host was extremely helpful with booking transport, organising groceries to be delivered and making local recommendations. He was very friendly and always available to contact. Be prepared that Tulum is a growing area, so there is a lot of construction noise in the day time plus the road to get to the villa is bumpy.

The villa had good facilities, all very cozy and clean, a wonderful place around the jungle, excellent service would definitely come back!!

Uli, Yair, and the whole team were incredible hosts. We took a group of 19 people to stay for several days. The hosts went above and beyond. they helped us book excursions and items to help make our trip incredible, including a chef to cook breakfast each day. They shopped for groceries for us and had everything ready at the airbnb upon arrival. They also went out of their way to get extra items for us throughout the weekend as needed. They were available any time day or night to help sort out any issues or questions. The villa itself is beautiful. Beautiful pool and outdoor common area - the rooms are all spacious and beds are comfortable. Security guard posted outside at night, however there was no point in time that we felt unsafe. The villa itself is about a 10 minute drive off the main road with some bumpy roads, but this should not stop you from booking this place. The hospitality of it's hosts and the beauty of the villa itself make it very unique. Would highly recommend it.
