Victor and Carmelina were absolutely incredible hosts! The house was beautiful, the pool and landscaping were gorgeous and pristine. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, surfboard rentals, etc. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience:) Thank you both! We will be back!

As a family, we enjoyed the villa and our stay very much. The house offers plenty of space and comfort (great kitchen, everything clean and with a cleaning service every few days, good support), is centrally located yet quiet, and provides complete privacy. The pool and lounge are perfect for relaxing. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the beachside villas! Victor and Carmelina are wonderful hosts and have done a great job with the villas. We were lucky enough to stay in two of their properties and we loved them both. Their on site staff are wonderful as well. We will be back!

Beautiful Modern Villa.

We loved staying at this beautiful AirBnB in the heart of Nosara! The villa is stocked with everything you need, and walkable to the beach, coffee, restaurants, etc. The outdoor pool, dining, and comfortable seating were just right. Not to mention the outdoor shower to help with the infinite sand. Inside, the air conditioning and comfortable beds kept us refreshed and ready for the next adventure! In addition to the host’s helpful and accommodating recommendations, we suggest the organic market for pastries and coffee (take the jungle path, no need to drive), Rolling Waves coffee, Howler’s (honestly, the BEST food), Coyol for the swing and experience (we used TerraTour and highly recommend!), and La Luna restaurant. We can’t wait to return to the Beachside Villas and Costa Rica!

This is my 2nd time staying here. This home is magical! It is so close to the beach and many restaurants and the market yet feels like your own private oasis. I spent every morning with delicious coffee ( Provided by the hosts ) sitting on the swing chair listening to howler monkeys and birds before walking down the nearby path to the beach. The pool was the perfect place to spend the afternoon! They are amazing hosts and even made us dinner reservations for our first night. I honestly can not recommend this place enough! It is even better than the photos!

We had such a wonderful stay, this home was perfect for our family of 4. The outdoor area is huge with a private pool. Had everything we could need, great location and host was helpful, friendly, and responsive when we needed. Can't wait to go back!

We had an absolutely terrific stay at this perfect villa for our small family of four. Victor and Carmelina were the absolute best hosts you could ask for. Unbelievably accommodating, immediately responsive. And the villa is just perfect. The backyard and pool backing right up to the jungle… just the best. Can’t wait to return!!

Awesome proactive communication and about as close as you can get to the beach. If you’re trying to surf, have small kids or just be on Guiones in general, this location is hard to beat. Appreciated the easy check out as well which didn’t require lifting a finger. Thank you!

Awesome Airbnb in a great part of town. Stone throw from the beach and great local restaurants, but secluded to relax after a day of surfing / exploring. Victor had excellent communication and was proactive in giving a bunch of recommendations.

Loved our stay — perfect location, beautiful private yard with outdoor shower and pool, and responsive hosts. At one point I mentioned our outdoor shower wasn't working well and it was replaced within a few hours! Was just right for our family of four. Look forward to returning!

Absolutely loved Victor and Carmelina’s lovely villa. They built such a special place with The Beachside Villas. Plus, the location could not have been better, central to everywhere in Nosara! Victor was so extremely proactive and communicative, I never had to reach out for something. He was always on top of everything you could possibly need! I will 100% return and stay at one of their properties whenever I visit Nosara in the future. Can’t recommend their properties and them as a hosts more.
