A very comfortable house with good amenities, recommended if you're looking to relax

great host, very responsive and helpful. beautiful location, we loved posting on the private beach.

We loved staying here! It was perfect. Close enough to town but still away from the tourism buzz. We followed Google Maps and it mislead us (listing makes a point of telling you NOT to do what we did). We got stuck, but the host was lovely and called some locals to help us out. They were very kind. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, basic spices. We would love to stay again!

I loved the privacy. Depending on the day and time, swimming in the ocean was really fun. The walkable ocean floor extended to at least 50 feet giving us a lot of space to enjoy the water. The house was well-stocked and the location was great for us… 15 minute ride to restaurants, 40 minutes to Placencia. We did have a few mice visit us and it’d be nice if there was a walking path close by but accommodations were just about perfect. A great place!

This home is a small slice of paradise. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed hours in the water. The kitchen was well stocked for making our own meals.

Beautiful accommodations, kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need! Tons of added items to use such as bikes, kayak, snorkeling gear. Property was fantastic! Host was responsive and knowledgeable! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house is gorgeous and is in a beautiful location with easy access to Placencia and jungle activities. We had crummy weather for our trip, but on the days that the ocean cleared up we were able to swim/ wade and saw rays and fish right in front of the house. The host was very communicative and gave us a ton of suggestions of things to do in the area. We highly recommend this house/host.

The villa was just what my family needed. It was out of the tourist area and relaxing. The house is equipped with most everything we needed. The place was just as advertised. Great time and a bottom floor bedroom for privacy for my dad. Kitchen is remarkable and beautiful!!

Loved this spot. Everything you’ll need to relax and enjoy is here, a beautiful back yard, a screened in patio, an inviting living room and all of the amenities. Perfect for folks who want a bit of seclusion and quiet without being in the middle of nowhere.

There won’t be enough words or stars to say how much we loved this place. The photos don’t do it justice. We loved having privacy. We loved having the screened in porch. We loved how fully stocked the kitchen and the bathrooms are. Everything was so well-thought out and so heavenly. This house was a dream!

This gorgeous stylish beach house is perfect for a private getaway. We enjoyed the beach area and kayaking right out from the property. On a calm beach day you can snorkel and see rays and fish only feet away. The screened in balcony porch is a great way to enjoy the evening breeze.

If I could give Ronald ten stars I would. This house is truly heaven on earth and he made sure that our stay was everything we wanted and more. I would recommend anyone who is considering to visit Placencia to definitely stay in this absolutely amazing home. Thank you again Ronald for all that you’ve done for us.
