Stay with Kyna

The space is beautiful, cozy, and safe. The location is perfect, very close to the beach.

Adorable little place with just a few rooms and a nice pool. Walking distance to the beach and two or three restaurants. Everything as described and a very friendly contact with Kyna.

Very sweet and welcoming oasis in a great location. We enjoyed spending time both in and outside the grounds of the B&B. The location was very convenient for walking to the beach and local restaurants, and the common areas of the B&B were great for escaping the afternoon heat. I particularly enjoyed using the beautiful yoga deck and provided mats for a little afternoon stretch in paradise.

We loved our stay here. The hosts were super nice and gave us lots of useful tips! In addition, it is located a 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach!!! We recommend it 100%!

The Villa of Kyna has been the best decision where to stay in Playa Avellana. Just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. Good price - quality, the best: includes breakfast. Definitely recommended

We stayed here for 12 days and loved it. Kyna and Elmer are wonderful and welcoming hosts. The place was always very clean, and the freshly made breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool, and it was a pleasure meeting and chatting with other guests during our stay. We would happily stay here again.

The most perfect stay that made me fell in love with Costa Rica! Kyna and Elmer went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciate! Breakfast everyday was delicious, and the walking distance to surf was unbeatable. And if you are learning to surf, make sure to book lessons with Elmer—you will seriously learn so much! Thanks again for the great stay and friendships :)

This stay was very relaxing and peaceful. While the house is a short walk to the beach, we also simply enjoyed being at the house, hanging out by the pool or doing yoga on the deck. The house was also kept impressively clean. Breakfast was tasty and we really enjoyed our time here!

Really lovely place immaculately clean and beautiful. Very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was to die for. You really can’t miss this place, it is among the best I’ve ever stayed at and a wonderful value. We’re coming back to rent the whole place with friends and family. Walking to the beach is another huge bonus. Also, the host radiate warmth and welcome.

The place was perfect, quiet, as described. The pool and the sound of the waterfall, a must after a surf session! The kitchen and especially Anabel's lunches, wow! A beautiful place with great hosts too, thank you so much! 🤙🏼

The hotel is beautiful, super comfortable bed and pillows, excellent internet signal, hammocks next to the pool perfect for relaxing, the bus stops in front of the hotel in case you don't have a car, it's very convenient, quick communication with hosts, the beach is around the corner as well as at least three restaurants (try Gregorio's yucca cake). I'd definitely come back.

The accommodation was better than we expected. The location was in a very quiet area meters from the beach. The house was spotless and having the pool and breakfast every day made our stay a luxury. Elmer and Kyna are super friendly, we were able to talk and learn more about life in that area of Costa Rica. We want to go back!!
