The house was very good; I just thought we would be closer to the beach; we were left with that impression.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Beltramo! Megan was very responsive and helpful prior to our trip answering our questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring we had a seamless check-in experience. She even accommodated our 2 year old toddler and 82 year old grandpa. Claudia was excellent! She made 2 homemade, multi-course meals that my family loved, and even whipped up ceviche and fish tacos when we came home with fresh fish from a fishing charter. The house, outside amenities, and view are even better than the photos. The neighborhood was well located near the marina area for restaurants and activities, and felt secure behind a security check-point. We wish we could've stayed longer!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Was in awe when I first came up the stairs and saw the view from the outside pool area. House was very comfortable and spacious. Claudia and the staff were incredible. We added chef services and the food was absolutely amazing. Megan was incredible responsive leading up to our trip. This house had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

Megan was really great at communicating all around! We had no issues at all the entire time. We had the pleasure of having Claudia cooking for us. Her cooking was the best we had the entire time we stayed… Claudia was very nice and accommodating. Diana the cleaning lady was always very thorough. STOP!! Book this place now! There is no reason to look any further. Megan is extremely quick to respond to all of your questions and Claudia will go above and beyond to take care of all of your needs. The house is simply BEAUTIFUL and in the perfect location to get to the Marina and downtown Cabo. Walmart is about a 7 minute drive and so close to everything you need. The pictures DO NOT do this home justice! It’s so comfy, big, open and feels like home away from home in the most beautiful spot in Cabo. We had 8 adults, an 11 year old and a toddler with plenty of room and beautiful views! Claudia and Megan made sure there was a stroller, a baby gate, a play pen, and a high chair to accommodate the toddler. This was probably my 15th time in Cabo but by far the best place to stay out of all of my trips! I can’t thank Claudia and Megan enough for their top notch hospitality!! We will be back!! This is your place, do it, book now! You won’t regret it!

Very nice and responsive and beautiful place to stay!

Megan and Claudia made our stay so easy. Extremely accommodate with last minute changes with our flights and plans. The location of the house was very convenient for walking and you still got amazing views of the Marina. Would highly recommend!

Location is in a great spot, house is beautiful and clean. Hot tub and pool were amazing and beds all very comfortable!

We (10 adults a toddler and infant) enjoyed our stay at Villa Beltramo. Great location with nice view yet very quick walk to marina, healthy walk but doable to Medano beach. Layout was great...and everyones initial reaction was that the photos on-line were not representative of how nice the place was and how nice the view was. Both Megan and Claudia were very attentive and made the stay great. Full service meal from Claudia a must-do. Only "watch-out" is the patio faces largely North so spotty sun when we stayed New Years...but enough that we enjoyed some sun mid-day.
