Very beautiful home right in front of a gorgeous beach with a coral reef. The home is very nice and the hosts were very helpful and responsive whenever we needed something.

The place is a dream! We stayed there for 4 nights with the whole family and loved it. The house is lovingly and stylishly furnished, the beautiful beach is 2 minutes away, and there are also restaurants very close by.

This place is awesome, great location and the house worked great for our two families. Fernando was there at check-in and check-out and make sure we had everything we needed during our stay which was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Steps (like 50) from a beautiful quiet beach.... snorkeling with fish and rays right in front of the beach.... Gentle waves for the kids to play in... Two awesome restaurants within 1 -2 min walk... Fresh coconut water... Pina coladas... pool... and the kindest hosts in the world just a stone's throw away. This holiday was everything you get from a chill and secluded beach holiday with waaay to many luxuries to be real. It's like going back in time to remote beach backpacking 25 years ago but with a few added personal luxuries (pool, AC, fire pit, volleyball court...) I was hesitant to even write a review because we want to keep this magical place a little secret for as long as possible!!! Thank you for everything Pedro and Sylvia. This house is a joy and Pedro and Sylvie, super available in the blink of an eye, charming and discreet hosts! Everything is perfect, both inside and outside, including the swimming pool and, a few meters away, the beach is amazing, perhaps the most beautiful of the many we have visited in Costa Rica and elsewhere! Many activities, many restaurants nearby, in short, a real joy. We'll be back one day, that's for sure!!

We have been renting Airbnbs 4-5 times of year for the past decade all over the place…in cities, mountains, beaches, and small towns located on many different areas. It is with the most genuine sincerity that we report this one is the BEST we have ever rented!! At the onset, Punta Uva itself is a true gem. It was even more beautiful and magical than we had imagined! The house itself is stunning. It looks exactly like the photos - beautiful, open, airy, spacious, unique and so very calm and peaceful. Finally, Sylvia and Pedro couldn’t be friendlier or more accommodating! They greeted us when we arrived, gave us so many great tips and ideas for things to do, and made us feel right at home! What a beautiful space and wonderful hosts! They met us to show us around, including monkeys in the trees behind the house and a sloth on a tree. The space was absolutely beautiful and right across a small dirt road from a gorgeous beach. We had a fabulous time! The hosts even helped us troubleshoot when our van pick-up failed to arrive. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a beautiful house on the ocean with sloths nearby, this is it! Our family just stayed at Sylvie & Pedro's house on the ocean, and it was like a dream. Super clean, plenty of room for our family, and walkable to the ocean as well as great restaurants. The house is as promised!

We had a great time, the house is in such a great location, close to literally everything and the beach right in front of the house in our opinion after visiting other beaches was the best beach of all. Pedro & Sylvie's are amazing hosts, very responsive and proactive. We use the cooker they recommended and that was a great highlight in our trip, not having to worry about breakfast and cleaning after. The house is as pictured, all bedrooms have ac and the common areas even though they don't have ac we never felt like we needed it because the air circulates amazingly, a few of the nights we even sleep without ac and with the door open and we could hear the ocean (great natural white noise).

This is a very unique house with a beautiful open air design. If you walk for 30 seconds across a small road and on a little path thru trees you are on a truly spectacular beach, which you can see from the wonderful breezy upper veranda. The swimming pool and the outdoor showers are also great! The house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place, a magnificent house in the heart of the tropical nature of Punta Uva: a true dream come true! We had an unforgettable family stay, lulled by the sounds of the jungle and surrounded by lush vegetation. The house is comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped to fully enjoy every moment. A big thank you to our hosts and Shannel, all very responsive, friendly and welcoming. An enchanted parenthesis that we will not forget!
