We stayed three weeks and had a fabulous experience. The owners made every accommodation we needed. The house is in a gated yard with a beautiful garden. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Secure parking. Walk to grocery store, restaurants, the marina, the farmers market. Short drive to Manuel Antonio park, town, and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend!

Overall, my friend and I had a great experience staying here. It was very cute, had a kitchen with everything we needed to make simple meals, and had comfortable beds. The only thing we had trouble with was the noisy neighbors.

We were delighted with this accommodation in the middle of a very well-kept property and with welcoming people. Very good proximity to shops, services, restaurants and the bus terminal within walking distance. Here it's nature in the city with regular overflights of macaws as a bonus. We recommend this step in Quepos.

We loved staying at Home Chic for a week. Walkable to everything in Quepos. The home is comfortable and the yard is surrounded by nature. We were greeted by Scarlet Macaws and Parrots in the morning and evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julio's place. The space was clean, comfortable and included all the basics you would need for a short term stay. It's a 20 minute drive to Manuel Antonio Park and a 3 minute drive to the Marina Pez Vela, where we had dinner overlooking the sunset. It's also walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. The bonus for us was looking at all the beautiful greenery around the property.

Fel right at home! It’s a safe area with nice shops, restaurants and bars around it. Close to the beach as well. It was our favourite stop while visiting Costa Rica.

We had a pleasant stay , thank you for your kindness and responsiveness whenever we needed it. The place was so clean never seen before in Costa Rica . Everything was well laid out . Thank you for being so attentive to the small detail: fresh water, sugar, salt, coffee... The perfect place for family vacations.

Cozy, very clean and comfortable accommodation in a very good location. The host was nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to stay in Quepos.

Julio’s space in Quepos is perfect if you are looking for a place to stay near Manuel Antonio. Everything in Quepos is walkable from his home, lots of great restaurant recommendations in his welcome book as well! The space is small, simple but perfect for a quick stay. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking to explore Quepos or be within a short drive of Manuel Antonio!

Julio was such a great host! Very responsive and ready to help. The place was very clean, well decorated, with good attention to details. The location is kinda in the middle of Quepos, close to supermarket and restaurants ( our fav was La Finca). That said, it could be a bit noisy due to the traffic occasionally. Other than that, it was worth every penny.
