The photographs of the house barely do it justice. It really is a lovely place to stay. The location is very private and the views from the room and terrace are spectacular. The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean. Melisa, the local contact/agent for the property is very helpful and responsive. She runs, with her partner, a bistro/coffee bar in nearby Boquete which is highly recommended. Melinda is a properly qualified barista and offers coffee farm tours and tastings. We learned a lot from our tour. Due to illness we had to miss the first night of our stay at the property. Elena, the owner offered to let us stay an extra night at the end of our planned stay free of charge; a very generous offer that we were pleased to accept. You will not be disappointed with Elena’s place.

The view of Volcan Baru was amazing from sunrise to sunset . Very lush and enjoyable walking paths through a working Coffee farm. There are no neighbors ! The site location requires GPS coordinates for an easy first time arrival. The roads are rough by American standards and a sub compact will probably have issues with ground clearance. The building is an open concept floorplan clean and comfortable as shown . The appliances are new except for the washer and dryer. I would recommend the location for any family that wants privacy and the best view in Boquete.
